An exceptionally comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a peaceful location—truly exceeded all e

Pros: This was the best apartment I have ever booked – even better than the pictures! The location is lovely and tranquil, with a park view, and our conference site (the University Roma Tre, Department of Economics) was just around the corner. Cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores are all within easy reach. The host was very friendly and clearly explained all the essentials for our stay. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped for comfort: different types of sockets next to the bed, bedside lamps, wardrobes on both sides of the double bed, hooks in the bathroom, space for a toiletry bag, a washing machine, and detergent. There were also great features we didn’t have time to use: a TV in every room, a two-person jacuzzi with atmospheric lighting, and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking. We truly wish we could have stayed longer!

Pros: Fabulous accomodation! The flat was renewed last year, everything is new, modern, perfect, spacious, comfortable. Location 15 minutes from subway, or 6 minutes from bus nr. 30, which goes to the city center directly. Good and cheap shops in the vicinity. Private parking in a garrage, which is a big advantage during the hot sunny days (and safe). The owner is very helpful and kind. Jakuzi with attractive room lights and TV. Wow, definitelly recommended!

Pros: Modern and comfortable apartment with everything you need in a safe/quiet area. We traveled by car, so we really appreciated the underground closed parking lot. This apartment is a very good base for exploring Rome and the surrounding area (15 minutes' walk to the metro station, which takes you to the Colloseum in 10 minutes). Very good contact with the owner, check-in and check-out without any problems. I recommend.
