It offers good value for money and is particularly suitable for groups.
Pros: The apartment is nice, with three separate rooms, each with its own bathroom. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a kitchen with a large table and a hallway, but no living room. We were a group of 12—6 adults and 6 children—and everything was fine. The host did not respond to messages via WhatsApp or Booking, but we arrived early and were able to leave our luggage and check in at 13:30, although the official check-in time was 15:00. The host provided a baby cot free of charge, and it was brand new. The apartment includes an iron and an ironing board, and the kitchen is equipped with almost all the necessary items.
Cons: The apartment is 1.2 km from the nearest metro station, which was a bit challenging for the kids, especially when returning in the evening. The apartment was clean, though not spotless. The bathroom furniture is old and could use repair or replacement. In the kitchen, we missed having regular kitchen towels and a frying pan, but everything else was fine.

Pros: Nos gustó que había mucho espacio para compartir con la familia, cocina completa, calefacción y el personal muy amable, facilidad para entrar y salir del apartamento.

Celková maximálna spokojnosť.
Pros: Apartmán bol čistý, super pripravený a bolo v ňom príjemne teplo. Dostatočne priestranný pre 9 ľudí, ako sa s nimi počíta podľa počtu postelí.
Cons: Odporúčal by som doplniť stoličku do kuchyne.

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia e il nostro bambino piccolo, e tutto è stato assolutamente perfetto. L’alloggio è pulito, confortevole e molto ben organizzato. L’host si è assicurato che avessimo tutto il necessario e la comunicazione è sempre stata rapida e utile. L’appartamento è spazioso, silenzioso e ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata a Roma. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato quanto fosse ben attrezzato — sembrava davvero una casa lontano da casa. La posizione è ottima, con facile accesso ai mezzi di trasporto e al supermercato. Il nostro bambino si è sentito a suo agio e al sicuro, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora migliore. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato l’attenzione ai dettagli e l’atmosfera accogliente. Torneremmo volentieri e raccomandiamo vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque visiti Roma, soprattutto alle famiglie!

Pros: חדרים מאוד נעימים וטובים עם מקלחת צמודה .חבל שאין טלוויזיה
Cons: איסוף המפתחות.התרעתי שאנו נגיע אחרי חצות ואי אפשר היה ליצור קשר עם בעל הדירה . הקשר היחיד היה אימייל . לא היה וואטצאפ !!! הכי פשוט היה לשים קופסא קטנה עם מפתח בפנים ולמסור לנו את הקוד לקופסא !!! אי אפשר היה לפתוח את הדירה ואי אפשר היה ליצור קשר עם בעל הדירה .רק שני שכנים נחמדים הצליחו ליצור איתו קשר טלפוני ורק לאחר זמן רב מאוד וכשעה המתנה באמצע הלילה נכנסנו לדירה.

Fajna lokalizacja i przestronne duże, wygodne mieszkanie.
Pros: Duże przestronne mieszkanie. Wystarczające w zupełności dla mnie i moich współtowarzyszy - łącznie 9 osób. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co niezbędne - naczynia, sztućce, lodówka, kuchenka. 3 sypialnie i każda z własną łazienką. Dobra lokalizacja - 10 min spacerkiem od metra którym bez problemów można dostać się do centrum (wszystkie główne atrakcje turystyczne), Watykanu, czy lotniska...jak i w kierunku nadmorskiej dzielnicy Ostia.
Cons: Łazienka duża i przestronna ale pod prysznicem widoczna pleśń na fugach i silikonach co było jedynym minusem...
