Pros: This is the best apartment for the big company! It's very large, bright and comfortable! Everything was clean. And the apartment is located well. It's only 10 minutes slow wolk to metro station and about 5 minutes walk to good supermarket. The kitchen is perfect and has anything you need for cooking. There are an iron and enough hairdryers! We have a good stay in Rome!
Cons: There was a little cold in the apartment. The heat was working a small time..

Pros: everything was wonderful. the apartment is huge, everyone in our group of 11 had space, the kitchen was well stocked, and 3 bathrooms are a great solution for such a number of people. the contact with the property was perfect, we received answers to every question, additionally we also received information about the strike which was very helpful and nice, not everyone would think of such information

A very good place to stay, even for a large group, 6 comfortable rooms and 3 bathrooms at your dispossal to rest after l
Pros: The apartament is really large and spaceful and well equiped with everthing is needed.
Cons: Little details that was noticed there (elevator not functional, electricity not working well in all rooms, one problem with a door, nothing significant for us). Only one important mention which was not known by us, smoking is not allowed neither on the terrace, so the people who smoke should go down (by stairs 4 floors) to smoke a cigarette. The good thing is that we found two nice bars near the apartament and we started our morning there :)

Skvělé ubytování pro velkou skupinu, perfektní základna pro poznávání města.
Pros: Velmi dobré ubytování pro velkou skupinu přátel či rodinu, prostorné pokoje, tři toalety, společenská místnost, balkón. Perfektní komunikace s pronajímatelem. Dobrá poloha nedaleko stanice metra, zastávka autobusu přímo před ubytováním. Možnost nákupů v nedalekém obchodě Conad.
Cons: Postele s pružinovými matracemi nebyly příliš pohodlné. Nepraktické lůžkoviny. Toalety bez možnosti uzamčení. Nedostatečně vybavená kuchyň.

Pros: Очень чисто. Рядом остановки на автобусы. Огромная квартира. Джорджия очень приветливая, отзывчивая , сразу отвечает,если есть какая-то проблема. Удобные кровати и подушки. Есть мыло и шампунь. Хороший интернет. Нам очень понравилось

Apartman za 10!!!!
Pros: Veliki apartman, uredan, čist, za 12 osoba, sve je bilo kao na fotografijama, posebno želim pohvaliti gospođu Giorgiu koja mi je uvijek bila na raspolaganju.
Cons: Pritisak vode u slavinama je slab, pa teško dolazi topla voda.

Piacevole soggiorno in zona Ostiense
Pros: L'host della struttura è stato sempre presente, disponibile, gentile, ha accolto ogni richiesta e osservazione fatta sull'alloggio. La proprietà è spaziosa, luminosa, pulita, ben servita dai mezzi pur non essendo esattamente nel centro di Roma.
Cons: L'arredamento è sufficiente e in generale c'erano un paio di cose danneggiate in casa, ma di poco conto - la maniglia di una porta, una cassetta elettrica, niente che possa significativamente alterare un soggiorno.
