The Best Rent - Spacious flat a stone's throw from the Vatican

Great structure and size, good location near the Vatican, polite staff.

Pros: The apartment is very well kept and clean, with a great structure, fully equipped, and the staff is very polite and helpful. We were very happy with our choice to stay there, and would recommend it everyone (specially if you don't mind a bit of a walk)

Cons: There is a train that runs close to the flat, so its noise might be a bit of a bother to guests. The flat's location implies that, if intended to do all your sightseeing in Rome by foot, it will take a lot of walking. The Vatican might be some 10-15 minutes away, but expect an hour's walk if you intend to go to the Colosseum for example. There as some decent public transport options though a few minutes away.

Comfortable stay for someone wanting to visit Vatican, clean and well maintained

Pros: Spacious, clean and well equipped flat in very close proximity to Vatican (8-15min walk). Although it still was a walking distance to the rest of Rome attractions it takes good 35-50min each way to walk to Colosseum and back. Few local residents must have been fed up of constantly changing occupiers, but they weren't too grumpy about it. The flat is run by an agency so very impersonal, but they did call us on the first day to check we're ok. Comfy beds, well equipped full working flat with a washing machine, ironing table, spacious two big balconies etc... A nice touch was the small toiletry left on each bed, nice and fluffy towels, one-use slippers.

Cons: This was a flat with a remote open lock and we had a bit of trouble to access the main gate and locate our building (there was many blocks in one neighborhood). We had a person with limited mobility in our group, but as the flat was on the 3rd floor we had bit of trouble with charging or leaving mobility scooter downstairs (neighbors weren't happy about it and the lift was too small to fit 3 people, let alone a scooter) .

Pros: The apartment was spacious, clean, and it had ample storage in each bedroom. There were enough plates and kitchen utensils. The entry system was fine, but could be finicky. There were a few times it didn't work as laid out.

Cons: The towel warmers did not work, and we had to buy dish clothes to wash the dishes. It would be nice to include instructions on how to use the washing machine. Also, one of the shower doors was not working during our stay as well.

Pros: Wszystko było dostępne na miejscu, dużo naczyń, sztućce, kubki, kawa.

Pros: Un apartament confortabil dotat cu toate cele necesare: capsule de cafea și ceai, detergent pentru vase și haine, accesorii pentru baie,Paturile confortabile cu lengerie foarte plăcută ,plapume și perne adaugatoare. Este amplasat alaturi de Vatican, stație de autobuz.recomand!

Cons: Un mic detaliu pentru cei care au somn sensibil este calea ferată chiar lingă apartament.

Limpieza, confor, y muy agradable.

Pros: L'endroit où se trouve l'appartement est très agréable et avec un petit parc, des voisins très sympathiques.

Cons: C'était dimanche et notre arrivée était le matin, nous voulions laisser nos sacs dans les locaux et il n'y avait pas de réception téléphonique avant 9 heures. Ils envoient un lien qui dit qu'il devrait être payé : lgarde-valijes 34€ Changement de serviettes 12€ Ménage 77€ et autres services. Cela n'était pas stipulé au moment de la réservation. Nous n'en avons donc pas marqué jusqu'à ce que. Un bon voisin a gardé nos valises jusqu'à 15 heures où la galer a commencé avec les codes d'entrée de l'appartement, qui ne sont pas clairs malgré les vidéos, grâce à Jonnatan pour sa gentillesse, nous avons été clairs.

Pros: appartement très propre et spacieux convient tres bien pour un voyage en famille ou entre amis. Très proche de la cité du vatican

Cons: un peu loin du centre ville de Rome

Perfect stay next to the Vatican

Pros: Apartment was perfect! Location was fantastic. Only (very small) issues: could’ve used hand soap in bathrooms and a towel/pot holder in kitchen. The train tracks are right behind the apartment but in all honesty it really isn’t that bad of noise. The groundskeeper even opened the gates for us to load up the cars before leaving. Much better than dragging it all to the street to load there.

Superbe sauf train

Pros: Logement très confortable et proche des commodités et bus. Seul inconvénient le bruit des trains au pied des fenêtres pendant la nuit.

Muy buen departamento

Pros: La calidad del departamento, todos los elementos de la cocina y los muebles. Destaco la asistencia online del propietarios. Al llegar faltaban 2 juegos de toallones y lo solucionaron de inmediato. Recomiendo que pongan horno microondas

Cons: Todo ok. No habia dentro del complejo reposito de residuos. Tenia que llevarlos a mas de 100 mts fuera del complejo.
