Gray experience! Highly recommend!

Pros: The showers and bathrooms were great with hot water and water flow. The in floor heating in January was a godsend. The apartment was large, clean and easy to access with the elevator or via only two flights of stairs. The apartment is near the metro and multiple bus routes.

Cons: Slight problems with a toilet that the owners promptly attended to.

Cons: La sala da pranzo è un pò piccola, non ci stanno 8 persone a tavola.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious, perfectly fitting our big group- 3 adults, 3 teens and 1 kid. Safe location with doorman during the day. There are two bathrooms which also adds to the comfort. Kitchen is small but quite enough to fit all of us with all appliances that we needed (coffee machine 😉). Very close to 24/7 supermarket and various places to grab pizza. We went to Rome for a concert and we chose the place by its distance to Palazzo Sport. Very convenient location with many bus stops around and metro station Marconi (line B) at walkable distance and few stops away from Colloseo. Next to park and large boulevards. The hosts were very kind to welcome our luggage earlier than the check-in.

Cons: Everything was ok.

Pros: La disponibilità della proprietaria, la grandezza della casa, la pulizia, gli arredi praticamente nuovi, la cucina attrezzata con microonde e macchinetta per caffè espresso. Buona la posizione in zona tranquilla, servita anche da bar, locali, tabacchi e supermercato.

Pros: La struttura era ben tenuta, tutto funzionante (ascensore, aria condizionata, macchina del caffe, frigorifero) Bagni veramente belli. Noi ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Lo staff è stato veramente gentile e pronto ad aiutarci in qualsiasi maniera. Se mai dovesse ricapitare, ritorneremmo sicuramente.
