Pros: Spacious apartment with typical Italian retro furnishings. Comfortable. Great location for local amenities and access to Rome. Excellent communication from the owner.

Cons: Cash tourist tax on top of apartment cost makes it an ecpensive place. Not very well set up or serviced for guests. A lot of personal belongings still in the unit. Run short of hot water if 4 people. Small kitchen & cluttered with superflouous equipment.

An authentic italian apartmernt

Pros: I liked the authentic vibe of the place. Classic furniture, etc. There are pictures of the parents pf the host, picures of their favourite football team. If you want to stay in an authentic italian apartment preserved like it was tens of years ago, this is the place for you. The neighboorhood is an authentic chill italian one. Nice pizza shops and local restaurants around at good prices. In 30 minutes you are at the Colloseum by bus. The ticket is 1.5 Euros for 100 minutes of travel via bus/metro.

A cozy, relaxing and authentic stay in a wonderful Rome neighborhood

Pros: The excellent and friendly connection with the host, Carlo, who is a great example of what a perfect host should be. A patient, caring, selfless, honest and extraordinary host who is providing the best service for guests and visitors. Felt very well taken care of. On top of that, his property really provides that Rome feeling of staying in a neighborhood where you get the authentic real experience of staying and living like a local. Very comfortable, organised and cozy flat. Spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. A gem in the Rome urban landscape. Highly recommended!
