Excellent choice near to the Vatican City. Helpful staff. Spacious room. Very good price.
Pros: Fantastic location very near to the Vatican City. Large clean and spacious comfy room. Powerful shower and good lighting. Fairly quiet as my room fronted the road. Very friendly staff. Drinks machine a great idea. Bottled water in the fridge came in handy.
Cons: My only concern were the dry water marks on the outside wall of the bathroom, near to my double bed.

Great location and comfortable room excellent proximity to Vatican Cuty tours.
Pros: Well / excellent location for tour entry into the Vatican City. The meeting point was effectively directly across the road (30m). Walking distance from metro station and bus line as well as numerous restaurants and cafes.
Cons: Shower was a little tight, but workable. The communal area (coffee machines and tables had more of a staff area feel and the coffee machine probably needs to have the coffee beans refreshed weekly).

When In Rome
Pros: The rooms look fairly fresh, clean and a nice size, the receptionist was very helpful when they are there and arranged our transport both ways to and from the airport. The location is great, very near shops, supermarkets and tons of restaurants and food places, for all budgets. Best food we had was at Claps few minutes walk away. The Vatican city is 10 minutes walk to the front but it's truly on your doorstep. Bus stops and the metro are 5 minutes walk away max depending how quick you go and you can get wherever you want to from here. They don't serve breakfast here but you can make tea, coffee and grab a cake or biscuit at any time.
Cons: I booked two twin rooms and one room had a double bed with what looked like a pop up single bed next to it. I ended up taking that bed to keep everyone happy, it was comfy but probably the most expensive bed I've ever payed for to sleep on. A little bed in a corner at my age was not really acceptable. My mother and friend had a proper twin room and I wished both rooms were the same. I searched and payed for the hotel and The property in this case didn't quite meet my full expectations but my companions were happy.

Pros: Location is great. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff is very freindly. No breakfast but its located above s lot of places to eat. Good AC. Good shower
Cons: It can always be cheaper.... but its a fair price for a comertable room at a prime location

Nice welcome, clean rooms, good location.
Pros: Maribel is very nice and communicates very well. The room is very nice and comfortable. Breakfast is available at the Hotel Museum across the street between 7 and 9 a.m. The choice is not bad for Italy, but it is limited. On arrival at the hotel there was a free bottle of mineral water in the fridge for each person. Free coffee machine at reception, plus tea throughout your stay. The location is excellent, about 50 metres from the entrance to the Vatican Museums.
Cons: The whole accommodation could use a little renovation. The common areas are not air conditioned, the air conditioning in the rooms works but is not very modern. I don't know if it was this or something else, but there was always dust on the floor despite the cleaning. So I'm not saying that there is no perfect cleanliness, but that despite this, something immediately makes the floor dusty again. In the bathroom, it is very difficult to flush the cold water, it heats up again and again, and I often felt that the toilet flushes with hot water.
