Pros: The location is amazing, very close the tourist attractions, also has markets near, 24h one too, farmacies and is perfect for shopping! The appartment is cozy and clean. There are a washing machine, a dishwasher, 2 ACs with a heating option for times when the heating is still not turned on during late autumn, bidet, the full kitchen set, an electric oven(may be freely used as a microwave, just few minutes longer) and a gas stove - very convenient for cooking, iron and hair dryer. Aslo there was a little capsule coffee machine, we haven't tried it, since we are more tea drinkers, but it's still there. I saw that previosly thare were proposals to improve number of hygiene items - it was done, and the keys are now received by the stuff in the appartment, so no far walking anymore. It was a friendly short meeting, no waiting, and we got instructions how to get to the apartment from the bus station.

Cons: It may be noisy during the rain, but it's a real trifle! At night it was perfectly fine for our taste. Also for some reason the door does not lock from the inside with a key. The keyhole is sealed shut. There's a door chain, and the front door locks with a key, and the bedroom door also locks with a key, but I'd still consider it a minus. I'll just put a 10, because we spent there a really good time and had everything we need!

It was fine stay for our family, some things could improve.

Pros: PROs: Location, check-in/out, main bed comfort, enough towels, good bathroom, good wifi, patio for breakfast/dinner nice to have, nice atmosphere. CONs: kids sofa bed not so good (acceptable), more bathroom supplies needed, bed linen for sofa bed not prepared, kitchen could be more equipped, darker (did not mind), older equipment, last night heating did not work (not that issue, but still..)

Pros: Nice, well equipped apartment. Good location, 1 minute to metro station. There is a heating in apartment which was necessary in December.

Cons: Collecting the keys is inconvenient, you have to walk for about 10 minutes to collect them.

Pros: The location is great, very close to public transportation, and so many restaurants and stores within a walking distance. It was very private, very comfortable. The apartment itself is quite spacious, it’s cozy, felt like home away from home.

Cons: There was a lot of dust, the cleaning could be more attention to detail. The door where the washing machine is broke twice. They did repair it quickly, though, it just wasn’t fixed right the first time. There was no microwave, it would be convenient to have one, especially for those who plan to stay for a while, as I did. The back patio could use some improvements.

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato giusto il tempo x poterci riposare quindi non posso dire altro

Cons: Il divano letto non era il massimo

Perfecto sin más!

Pros: Ha sido perfecto. La ubicación junto al metro, ya que en unos minutos estás en los monumentos más famosos, incluso, puedes ir paseando al coliseo (una media horita). El estilo vintage del apartamento nos encantó y tiene una terraza enorme para cenar o tomar algo al atardecer. El trato y la entrega de llaves genial también. Hemos pasado unos días como en casa.

Mysig och fin lägenhet i ett bra område

Pros: Mycket mysig och fin lägenhet!!! Jätte bra område med bra restaurang och nära till stan och sevärdheter! Vår 1-årig son trivdes också mycket bra i lägenheten.

Pros: Disponía de todo lo necesario para estar cómodos unos días en Roma. El edificio es viejo pero el interior es agradable, y está renovado. Dispone de lavavajillas, lavadora, utensilios básicos, cafetera, tostadora. La cama es cómoda. El baño reformado. Y la distancia al centro es adecuada, tienes el metros a 2 minutos y llegas en 10 minutos al centros. Dispone de supermercados, tiendas y restaurantes cerca.

Recomendo e voltaria a escolher esta casa numa próxima visita.

Pros: A casa foi uma boa surpresa. Muito bem decorada. Acolhedora - quentinha à chegada. Muito bem localizada, com acesso fácil ao Metro ( embora entrar no Metro de manhã seja um desafio). Tinha um terraço que infelizmente não tivemos tempo de aproveitar.

Cons: Chamo à atenção para as taxas extra para quem só consegue chegar após as 21h. No nosso caso só conseguimos chegar após as 0h, o que implicou + 40€. Tem várias máquinas disponíveis para lavar roupa e loiça ( não chegámos a utilizar), mas um microondas teria sido útil.

Un viaje inolvidable

Pros: Está en una zona muy bien comunicada con todo tipo de tiendas de barrio. El apartamento muy limpio y tal cual sale en las fotografías, cocina muy bien equipada.

Cons: Nada, todo estaba perfecto.
