Pros: Nice and clean apartment close to the metro station and supermarket. The communication was very good from begining to the end. We highly recomend this Apartment and we would definitely come back.

Pros: Clean, spacious, comfortable, good location close to public transport. Excellent communication with owners who also gave us a few great recommendations for local restaurants - Dar Bruttone was fantastic! Thank you, we had a great time!

Stay at Royal Domus Rome

Pros: I found the property exactly as shown in the pictures on Booking.com. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There is a metro station less than five minutes walk away the Re di Roma. This made getting to and from the main siteseeing locations really easy and very reasonably priced. There is a mini market close to this metro stop, which I found very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance and also lots of boutiques and shops. Most important for me as a solo traveller, i found the entire area to be very safe. Local people were friendly and helpful.

Cons: I have nothing to report here. The only downside was the frequent rain showers, but I did visit Rome in November.

Pros: Bardzo mili gospodarze, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona więc jeśli ktoś lubi coś upichcić tak jak ja, to w zasadzie jest wszystko na wyposażeniu. W salonie jest wielka kanapa, klimatyzacja i ogromna plazma na ścianie - znakomite miejsce by odpocząć po zwiedzaniu w upalne dni. Lokal wygląda lepiej w rzeczywistości niż na zamieszczonych zdjęciach w Booking. Wejście do metra jest praktycznie pod domem a spory sklep spożywczy jakieś 200 m (czynny 7 dni w tygodniu). Tuż obok restauracja i kawiarnia gdzie wyrabiają jakieś dzieła sztuki cukierniczej. Okolica to raczej centrum miasta więc jest sporo sklepów i punktów gastronomicznych. Mieszkanie jest na I piętrze i wydaje się być dobrze zabezpieczone. Istnieje możliwość samodzielnego zameldowania za pomocą kodu na klawiaturze umieszczonej przed wejściem do mieszkania.

Cons: Ponieważ ogrzewanie wody działa w tym lokalu na gaz to pewnym mankamentem jest trudność w ustawieniu jednolitej temperatury wody pod prysznicem.

Pros: Apartamento muy completo, cocina totamente equipada, kit de aseo muy completo, camas muy comodas, con todo tipo de detalles. Muy cerca de la parada de metro y autobuses.

Pros: Kawę można zrobić na 3 różne sposoby. Wygodne łóżka, czystość, kuchnia wyposażona, nic nam nie brakowało

Cons: Pierwsze otwarcie drzwi było mało intuicyjne ale gospodarz był cały czas z nami w kontakcie i pomagał.

Pros: Ottima posizione a 2 passi dalla fermata della metro Re di Roma, proprietario molto disponibile, casa dotata di ogni comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, macchina caffè con cialde, ferro da stiro, microonde..)

Absolutely the best accommodations we had throughout our stay in Italy (Venice, Florence, and Rome).

Pros: Of our stays in Venice, Florence, and previous visits to Rome, this was absolutely the best accommodations we've ever had in Italy. So many extras - the location was perfect - easy, safe access to the Metro, restaurants (without tourists), nearby market. Kitchen fully equipment - enabled us to cook full meals using local ingredients. Although I initially had concerns with the graffiti in the neighborhood - the apartment, in comparison, sparkled like a diamond! So many wonderful features, we would absolutely book here again. Host was extremely responsive and cordial.

Cons: This is not a single thing I didn't like about the property.
