Pros: Sencillo, cumple con lo indicado y lo que buscábamos. Ubicación perfecta, muy cerca del metro (en 10 minutos estábamos en el centro), en un barrio muy tranquilo.

Muito bom, com pontos a melhorar

Pros: Gostei da localização e da facilidade de metro perto, apartamento todo novinho com itena de cozinha a disposição!

Cons: As roupas de cama estavam com cheiro de cigarro, e foi um pouco difícil dormir, principalmente quando não somos fumantes e cheiro incomodava muito. Outro fator é o fato que dava para ouvir o elevador e a acústica é muito ruim.
