Great quality hotel in a good neighbourhood.

Pros: Location was convenient and parking was based on luck. Transport was out the front which takes you into the centre of Rome in 15-20 min. Trastevere was lively and restaurants and cafes are only a short walk away.

Cons: Parking required luck (we found a spot). Rooftop bar/restaurant was expensive but well serviced.

Amazing Hotel, ideal for visiting central Rome.

Pros: Staff were excellent, very helpful with everything. Both the room and the entire hotel was very clean and well presented with comfy beds (memory foam matresses and pillows). Facilities are great, especially the Spa! Great location for getting into Rome centre by public transport and amazing restaurants close by deeper into Trestevere.

Cons: The only reason we didnt score this a 10 was that the hot breakfast items on the buffet were almost cold at 9am. 2nd morning we ordered from the a la carte menu and the Eggs Benedict were also cold.

Cons: Had a funny smell in the bathroom, think it was the shower trap

Pros: We had a big issue with the room air conditioner that didn't work so it was really hot. The staff did all they could but there were no other rooms available and they couldn't locate a standalone fan. The next day the issue had been logged and we received a compensatory free breakfast and spa session, all the while the staff kept being friendly and helpful (many thanks to Valeria for her understanding and flexibility)

Pleasant stay in good location

Pros: The room was reasonable comfortable, tram line was only 5 min walk which you could use to go the the main centre of Rome or just down the road to Piazza Santa Maria. If you're there on a Sunday you must walk across the road to the street markets which a great place to spend the morning.

Pros: The staff was friendly and extremely helpful with all needs and questions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. This hotel has amazing amenities with the spa and gym that I would love to visit again

Cons: The breakfast selection could be improved with a bit more variety in the fruit offered.

Lovely stay, great location. The staff were all lovely.

Pros: The staff were all so lovely and helpful! Room was comfortable.

Cons: We came for my birthday trip and considering how much we paid, it was a shame that nothing was done for it. Also crazy that you have to pay extra for the spa facilities.
