Pros: From the start, I was extremely impressed. The person at reception was genuinely friendly and let me check in early as my room was ready which was great because I was exhausted. The room was absolutely lovely, like a cozy little nook with a wonderful bed, good size TV, well heated for November, and a nice big hot shower. Breakfast was amazing. Check out is 12:00 and luggage storage is fine. They really go out of their way to provide excellent service, and I don't want to be critical but after a month in Italy this far surpassed anything I have experienced in terms of B&Bs and hotels. I highly recommend this place. And no I'm not affiliated with them or profit from this review nor am I an AI response 😅🙂

Good experience, helpful staff and handy location!

Pros: The staff were very helpful. The duty manager provided useful transportation info and saved our time for local travel!

Cons: The facilities are quite basic and also a bit worn.

Really nice and friendly staff at a clean, comfortable and very economical hotel

Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful... and I heard them speaking at least 4 languages well. The location was very convenient. The tram stop is literally right in front of the hotel--it's 12 minutes direct to Piazza Venezia in the heart of Rome.

Cons: It was not a big issue, but the baggage storage (after check out and before my flight) was just an unlocked room.

Pros: Spacious room, very accommodating staff, A/C was amazing!! Great location, with Tram 3 and 8 right outside the hotel and convenience stores and take away food choices very close by. Easy walk with suitcases from/to Trastevere train station which was a big bonus! Easy transport options from hotel to the various sightseeing areas.

Perfect

Pros: Location great. Tram right outside and bus and train very short walk away. Staff is very polite and helpful. Staff called Elizabetta very helpful answered all our questions and gave us information about how to get to the city centre and main attractions. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Comfortable & Convenient!

Pros: Stayed here twice while travelling around Italy - super comfortable stay! Secure room, comfy bed, staff were all lovely. Breakfast was also great. Location was fantastic, short walk to train station and so handy having the tram just across the road. Great food places nearby. Loved that there was a laundry business just down the road where I could drop off a bag of laundry and have it washed + folded in a couple of hours for €7! Would definitely stay here again.
