A clean and mostly convenient accomodation with a helpful 24/hr desk.

Pros: Generally close to a major train station. Nice, simple and clean room with very clean bathroom. Enough space for a solo traveller and bags. Allowed for baggage storage during the day.

Cons: A little difficult to find, as up an elevator on a side street to access the property.

Pros: The location is very close to Roma Trastevere and the Tram station that will bring me to the city centre. The room is very clean and cozzy.

AMAZING CHRISTMAS EVER

Pros: Everything was great. Staff was great and helpful Patient with queries Great location Cafes and restaurants and supermarket and saloon all within walking distance For Catholics There’s a church that’s walking distance or you can take the bus 96 and it’s 2 stops away Trams , trains and busses take you to major sites Enjoy the ride and site see at the same time Room is comfy and conducive Basic needs are there Heaters available in the room Able to get hot water from level 7 at the common area Just ask the staff I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back. It has a home feeling .

Pros: The first impression was very bad. They rejected my cancellation request even though I asked within an hour of booking. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was very arrogant and told me he could basically reject my check in because I arrived at 2:50 am, even though I had informed them in advance. He asked for a late arrival fee, even though I was told on WhatsApp that late arrival was free. He did let me in, and later returned the fee as a gesture. On the other days, the experience was nicer. The other reception staff were friendly, especially the Italian cleaning staff member, who was a very kind person. Overall, it is good if you plan to stay short term in Rome.

Pros: It's a good hotel, with a good location and attentive staff. There was hot water and heat, which was very important to me. We arrived late at night and checked in without any problems. This is very good. There was a 10 euro charge.

Cons: We had to leave the key at the reception when we checked out, which was a bit inconvenient.

Pros: Staff: very nice/kind staff, always available when something was needed Room: comfortable and clean, nice view from the balcony, good wifi Bathroom: spacious, clean, big mirror = top Location: near the station, bakery and supermarket

Cons: Room: the first two nights we had a single room and the room only had one charging socket Bathroom: the shared bathroom shower clogs very fast but it was alright Location: a little far from the city centre if you like to walk, but Trastevere is beautiful
