God location and nice hotel

Pros: The location is fine, 20 min to the center by bus. The hotel is clean and new inside. They put new towels every day. The hotel is neer a hospital, so we sometimes hear the ambulances passing. The air conditioner doesn´t work very well.

An enjoyable stay with great hospitality.

Pros: All the staff at Villa Zaccardi are attentive, helpful and keen to ensure you have a great stay. This creates a nice atmosphere where you feel looked after.

Cons: We initially had an issue with the first room we were put in but it was speedily resolved by the responsive staff.

The staff are a joy!

Pros: I have stayed many times at this perfect hotel for visiting Rome! Located in the Monteverde district, this hotel is ideally situated in a fabulous community. The tram stops opposite, and you are a 15/20 minute journey into the city centre. What really makes this hotel stand out is the friendliness of the staff! Highly recommended!

Very lovely experience and positive overall!

Pros: Kind, friendly and helpful staff in a beautifully shiny and clean newly renovated hotel. Great exterior bar and restaurant to help us enjoy the space. Delicious seafood and freshly made tiramisu.

Cons: The only challenge may have been that the elevator doesn’t go from the ground floor to every level. Thankfully the staff helped with carrying the luggage.
