Pros: The room was spacious. The breakfast buffet is big and varied. Very comfortable beds and super attentive staff. If you happen to get a free table at the buffet restaurant in the evening use the opportunity, we loved it

Pros: The hotel is excellent. It is about 25 minutes from the center by taxi/hotel shuttle. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable for rest. The food (breakfast) was delicious and varied. I recommend having dinner in the part of the hotel where breakfast is served. The staff is helpful and accessible at any time of the day or night. The best part of the hotel - bio sauna

Cons: The hotel shuttle schedule was too infrequent. The first one wasn't until 12:30 to the city center.

Pros: The bath was large and quick to fill. Bed was large and comfortable. Nice to be given a free teddy for our child on arrival and the hot chocolate.

Cons: We tried to order food & drinks to be delivered to the room, but it was very noisy at the other end of the telephone. Subsequently, the staff mis-heard our food order and we got a chicken salad type dish instead of chicken curry with rice.

Cons: A small suggestion would be to offer a greater variety of savoury breakfast options, as the breakfast selection remained the same during our stay.
