Not as good as we expected but overall not a bad experience either.

Pros: Happy with the quality of the rooms and the excellent breakfast.

Cons: Disappointed with the staff in the restaurant for dinner. They were pleasant enough, but the service was extremely slow and they got our orders confused almost every time we ate there.

We are returning customers.

Pros: Excellent location, very helpful staff. Quality Breakfast and Dinner facilities and food. Good shuttle bus service.

Pros: Very lovely hotel. Everything was clean; friendly staff; lots of choice at breakfast and a perfect location (quiet neighborhood, just outside the hectic center and easy connections to the touristic areas.) An ideal stay.

Pros: Clean room, good buffet breakfast. Staffs were so kind, especially Khalil in the breakfast section was extra ordinary excellent.

Pros: The cleanliness, comfort, location, staff and the breakfast The breakfast was excellent and varied, and the staff — from the manager to the waiter — were dedicated to ensuring the comfort and meeting the requests of the guests. All types of food were available until the very last minute.

Pros: Frendly people on reception. Good wifi, very good breakfast. Room with balcony. Parking place.

Cons: Room cleaning is Ok But they allways skip the balcony cleaning. Need to focus on all the places.

Pros: Buffet breakfast abundant. Clean, spacious rooms. Comfortable mattress. Use of restaurant important as it is located far from restaurants and the centre of Rome. Very kind friendly staff. Easy to organise a taxi - a bonus!

Cons: Very disappointed that the pool was not open. We chose the hotel based on the pool as a way to end our European trip. Important to let guests know in advance. Perhaps review pool policy to allow a parent to watch kids in the pool as opposed to employing a life guard for certain times of the year.

NICE 5 STAR HOTEL IN CALM & QUIET AREA OF ROME

Pros: We stayed at Crown Plaza Rome St Peter's for 3 nights. Hotel was nice at a peaceful place in out skirts of Rome best suitable for by road travellers as their is free parking at this hotel. The rooms was super clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a balcony of lush green garden, entrance etc. Bathroom were well appointed and overall standard is genuinely 4star. The serve continental breakfast although we didn't opted for that. At check-in counter we were greeted by Mr Karan who allowed us complimentary mini bar and guided us very well. Thanks to Karan. There is a shuttle bus service for Coloseum €8 and Vatican for €5 per person. Our overall experience was good except it's distant location for sight seeing of old city centre

Cons: The distance from all attractions is €20 to €25 by taxi. So it's not convinient and quick go for some sight seeing & come back and then again to continue after some rest otherwise add €100 per day additionally if using taxi. At night the taxi dont want to take you from city centre or ask more since they come back empty to city centre. The only drawback is it's distance from all Rom's attractions.

Pros: The facilities are kept to a high standard. The breakfast choice is excellent. The staff are very attentive. The surroundings are very relaxing.

Pros: Rooms are clean & spacious however the bed & pillows are very firm, need to have housekeeping options for softer pillows & maybe add mattress toppers to make the beds softer. Breakfast is fantastic many options which is fabulous.

Cons: Bed’s & pillows need to be softer.
