Everything is good, the location is convenient, not far from the subway. There is a cafe with delicious tiramisu nearby

A very enjoyable stay made even more special by the friendly staff at reception and at the breakfast restaurant.

Pros: Clean and convenient with exceptionally friendly staff always smiling, welcoming and ready to help.

Cons: The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the shower. The water was not very hot and the pressure from the shower head was weak. The hand held was awkward to hold and wash at the same time .

Our stay was very pleasant — comfortable hotel, great location, friendly staff, and good value for money.

Pros: I really liked the value for money. The location of the hotel is excellent — a quiet area away from the city center, but still very close to the metro and public transport, which makes it easy to get to the center. Shops and cafés are nearby. The rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was good and filling. The reception is open 24/7, and the staff were always ready to answer any questions, give advice, and help. It was also great that we could leave our luggage before check-in and go for a walk. The hotel has a closed territory with parking, which is very important, as well as a small relaxation area with chairs and sofas where you can enjoy a drink in the evening. There is also a bar with a wonderful bartender who speaks several languages and is very friendly. The whole team made us feel welcome.

Cons: Overall, everything was good. There is nothing major to complain about.

Great city break hotel, a bit out of town but great service and comfy beds.

Pros: Room was sized adequately and bed was comfy. The is a great coffee shop nearby with gelato and typical Italian deserts, at a great price too!

Cons: The air con gets switched off mid-morning so if you sleep in late you may be in a warm room. The aircon was also a bit noisy. The breakfast was not the best and very simple - we had it only three out of 6 days, curiously the staff at breakfast kept asking for wrist bands? We were not given any...

VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY IN ROME.

Pros: We had a nice, clean, and comfortable room. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices. The staff were all very friendly — special thanks to Roberto at reception. Thank you for your help! The metro is very close to the hotel and just a few stops away from the main attractions, which made getting around very easy.

Pros: -Situated in good neighbourhood -Metro station (Cornelia) ,bus stop and supermarket pretty close (max 10 min walk); metro station is on line A , the one with relevant tourist attractions - breakfast ok

Cons: - Stayed 3 nights, wi-fi wasn't available...staff told daily that will be fixed...it wasn't....so, a lot of people stayed in reception lobby to use reception wi-fi ... -stated as 4 stars hotel, but maybe 20 years ago...now it will be actually 3 stars .

A great hotel.

Pros: the room was cleaned emaculately every day. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, even the maintenance staff were very helpful!!! The breakfast was well presented with enough variety, plus friendly waiter service.

Cons: The shower at certain times of the day had only warm water, still this is only a small issue!!!
