Ergife Palace Hotel

Pros: Very regimented Italian policy.. I suppose the tourist coming anyway so they can be rude as they like.

Functional and comfortable stay

Pros: Stayed here pre and post bus trips as a meeting and drop off hotel. Lovely large room with balcony pre bus trip with tea/coffee facilities in room, second stay none of the above. It is well suited for bus tour travellers, we would stay there again if necessary.

Cons: Location, it was 40 mins on public transport, metro , bus plus a walk to hotel. Hotel carpets could do with a spruce up, but overall a lovely big comfortable hotel with great breakfast large reception area, great staff.

Pros: Great pool, room we were given was spacious with a fridge.

Cons: The shower being next to the bedroom without a privacy door between the two which would be okay for couples but sometimes when travelling with friends or family who are modest about their bodies it isn't a good scenario.

Pros: Spaciious, with a great pool and outdoor area for relaxing. Great breakfast, great lounge areas.

Cons: Lack of communication, do not respond to messages through bookings com or via email. Also had to be very assertive to get the room I actually paid for vs a lesser room.

Amazing stay and the food, staff and pool were excellent!

Pros: Loved the food, people and pool as well as the room.

Cons: The location of the room was hard to find due to The numbering and building layout.

Front desk staff warm welcoming, breakfast great, pool awesome, some rooms dated and tiny

Pros: Our own booking was in a wonderful huge beautiful room. As part of a tour room was tiny and more budget like. Pool was amazing wish we had more time to enjoy it

Cons: 2Nd stay after end of tour our room not as clean and no fridge to keep water or drinks and food cold

Pros: A very good place to be. Hotel was exceptionally good.

Great hotel for pool vacation close to city center.

Pros: - Very great pool. 50% was about 1,2 meter, 50% was 1,2-2,0 meter. We used it every day, - Pool area not crowded except sunday from 12 (this was end of july). Free towels and sunbeds. - Nice hotel renovated. Impressively large lobby and entrance. Good service. - Actually is it best to get here by car (huge parking - up to €16). 20 minutes to walk to Cornelia metro-stop or SIT airport expressbus. - Spacious rooms with good aircondition. Good beds - not too soft.

Cons: - Carpeted floor in corridor and room. - The hotel area was very clean, but for the rest of the city and Italy (not so much for Milan/north Italy): Nobody picks up garbage - Italy is really like a 3rd world country with garbage all over.

Excellent Hotel.

Pros: The location was good despite being a bit out of central Rome. Very accessible by public transport, both local bus services, and metro station, local taxi rank outside Hotel. Shops nearby, including supermarkets. Hotel very clean, despite previous reviews, rooms cleaned and plenty of space, Excellent. Pool, brilliant, addition, including small gym. Breakfast, lots of choice, staff helpful, attentive, friendly. English speaking staff, including reception. Onsite shop for last-minute things. Special mention to staff: Muhammed on Reception. Breakfast Staff: Bruno, Claudio, Cristo, other staff to couldn't remember names sorry, or didn't have badge on and I may not asked their names. I would definitely be returning to this hotel. Me and my son enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Not much, very minor point, minor, no kettle in room, but it did have a fridge. There are onsite restaurants, pool bar, etc. for tea, coffee, etc. So I didn't really miss this as such, and local bars around.

Pros: Really nice hotel with amazing pool. Rooms are quite spacious. Thought they would be outdated but they replaced the old TVs with smart ones. Read that staff was rude but they are really friendly actually.

Cons: Main thing is that it’s extremely far from everything. Price should reflect on location. It’s a nice hotel but transportation really kills the excitement. If it was cheaper it could be worth the extra travel. Must uber to hotel taking luggage in July sun is horrible.
