YCH-Lussuoso appartamento al Colosseo

Pros: Apartment as in the pictures and within walking distance of everywhere in Rome. We enjoyed it very much.

Pros: The apartment was spacious, well equipped, very well located. Our hostess was always helful and answered our messages promptly. Perfect apartment for exploring Rome on foot

Cons: The windows in the bedrooms were not sound-proof, so we could hear the noise from the street at night.

Beautiful apartment in a great area..would definitely stay here again.

Pros: This was one of the prettiest apartments we have stayed in; it was very stylish and looked newly renovated. The location of the apartment was fantastic, just around the corner from the Colosseum and many other Roman sites. As we were 3 people, having 2 bathrooms was also great. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed for our 4 night stay - shampoo and soap, etc. were all there. There was a coffee machine as well. The wifi also worked well inside the apartment. The hosts were easily reachable via Whatsapp and quick to respond with any issues we had.

Cons: This was not the hosts fault, of course, but being on a low floor in the middle of Rome means there is noise outside the apartment when people are leaving the bars. The lift/elevator was not accessible, which was not a problem for us but could be a problem for people that cannot climb a couple of flights of stairs. We also had a slight issue entering the apartment as you need wifi or a cell signal (we were not able to get a cell phone signal and the wifi was not connecting for us inside the entry way) in order to access the apartment using the digital key system. However, the hosts were very quick to help and came to let us in. After that initial issue, we were able to access the apartment without any problems for the rest of our stay.

Pros: Great and very comfortable apartment and location. Very nice for two couples traveling together. :-) I totally recommend for lovely stay in Rome!

Cons: It was little difficult to operate with virtual key. You need permanent access to wifi or mobile network, which was not available in the building (lost connection because of think walls).

Pros: Unbelievably great location to all the sites of Rome with the Colosseum on your doorstep.

Cons: Nothing to NOT like.

Pros: The location was very good and the apartment was clean and well appointed. The bedrooms were a good size and the bathrooms were functional. The living area was a good size and comfortable.

Cons: It was difficult to initially enter the apartment. It's better to use the code provided than use your phone to unlock the second and third doors.

Excellent clean apartment in a great location

Pros: The location was excellent - within 5 mins walk of the Colleseum. Many shops and restaurants around. The apartment is clean, light and spacious with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms so excellent for two couples.

Cons: The entry system was pretty tortuous! There were three doors to get through. Entry to the inner doors did not work with mobile phones and involved keying in long numbers. One lock turned to the left to enter and one to the right. When we did gain entry and got the key to the outside door, we could not make it work and still had to use our phones. There was a lift which were not authorised to use and so had to drag cases up and down two flights of stairs. All in all, unnecessarily complex.

Location, location, location!

Pros: The location was ideal! Walk away from the colosseum and other great attractions. Spacious living space and surrounded by ace food options. Owners were kind enough to let us keep our bags at the property earlier than our check in time.

Cons: It overlooks a busy side street which is noisy at night and we would have liked to have access to air conditioning that was advertised (there are units but the remotes were not available, owners explained that the weather was cold enough so we shouldn’t need it which felt a little disappointing).

Pros: Beautiful apartment in the greatest location- near Colosseum. Very comfortable, clean, spacious. Good contact with the host. Highly recommended!
