Great stay in a great location

Very good apartment, but don't count on the location as central and clean
Pros: The appartment is really good, comfortable, spacious and clean.
Cons: The location is near the train station and near some of the dirtiest streets of Rome. Nothing wrong with the building or apartment itself, it's just the way Rome has become in some parts of it. If you walk late evening, you may be even more surprised of how dirty and dangerours the area feels.

Cons: The shower and sink faucets would need to be replaced, as they were not working properly.

Rodzinny wypad do Rzymu
Pros: Znakomita lokalizacja i fajnie urzadzony loft. Czysto, wyposazony w niezbedne sprzęty. Duza przestrzeń, z miejscem do pracy, wypoczynku i jadalnią. WIFI poprawnie dzialajace. Wystarczajaca liczba gniazdek sieciowych (czasami sa z tym problemy), byly pod reka gdzie potrzebne. Kontakt z agencja szybki i bezproblemowy. Fajny widok z okien na plac / park przed budynkiem. Blisko stacji metra, licznych barow i restauracji. W apartamencie bylo cieplutko. Chetnie wrocimy w to miejsce w przyszlosci.
Cons: wolimy poszewki tradycyjne na posciel od niezakopertowanej poscieli przekladanej pojedynczymi przescieradlami, poszewki sa jednak bardziej higieniczne. ale to drobiazgi.

Pros: Lo mejor la amplitud del apartamento, su luz y las vistas.
Cons: Es un apartamento del 9, para que fuese del 10, habría que mejorar algunas cosas: la griferia, más utensilios de cocina ( entre ellos un tostador), los sofás del salón y algunos muebles de la cocina.

Pros: 位置非常好，距离火车站步行10分钟，距离斗兽场步行20分钟。门口有地铁站。房间非常干净漂亮，客厅非常大。拥有油画般的窗景。
Cons: 淋浴的水比较小，温度不太稳定。其中一个房间仅有浴缸，且没有塞子，无法泡澡。只能站着冲水，水会溅到外面。

Pros: Beautiful, spacious room, great view, park/ garden close by. It had gas stove, oven, large fridge and freezer. The apartment was 10 minutes away from the train station by taxi.
Cons: In the apartment, there was no microwave or bread toaster. Due to water hardness, the electric kettle had lime built up, so we could not use it. The shower was large but did not have shower curtain, so after your shower you have to mop the wooden floor. The bathtub in the private room, did not have shower curtain so again water splashes out when you stand and take shower. The sofas in the living room are very low and sunk in, need replacement or extra padding. The guest bedroom had tinted glass doors but no curtains and you have to come into living room to go and use the restroom. Not many restaurants close by.

Pros: Loft è come si vede dalle foto. Anzi anche più wow!
Cons: Potrebbero far trovare delle bottiglie d’acqua. Anche solo una grande. Sarebbe un bel gesto. Andrebbero rivisti tutti i rubinetti soprattutto le docce. Per il resto spazio confort rumori tutto top.

Estancia agradable
Pros: El alojamiento es tal y como vienen en las imágenes. Las camas súper cómodas y las habitaciones aunque una de ellas no tenga puerta al estar la otra alejada tienen bastante privacidad. Está en un quinto con ascensor y tiene una azotea con unas vistas espectaculares. Tiene metro y bus cerca aunque el que va al centro (590) no tiene mucha rotación. En la zona hay un bar para desayunar que está muy bien (bar trami)y en la otra parte de la plaza hay bastantes sitios para comer.
Cons: Del alojamiento cambiaría las duchas, sale poca agua. La zona no está mal aunque la otra parte de la plaza es mucho más animada y quizá de noche un poco solitaria aunque no tuvimos ningún problema. De noche no utilizamos el metro ya que por los comentarios no nos atrevimos peor he de decidir que pasamos hacia Termini sobre las 9 y había bastante movimiento.
