Pros: We had a wonderful stay in Rome! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything worked perfectly and we felt at home from the first day. Nicoletta and Flavio were always in touch and very supportive. Whenever we had a question, they responded quickly and were very helpful. It was clear that they truly care about their guests. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable — we would definitely love to come back!

Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and were quick to respond to queries, they also ensured we had all the information we needed.
Cons: The curtain in the one of the bedrooms would not open so this room was a little dark. The location was a little run down in comparison to other areas.

Pros: Wonderful apartment and great friendly host. Rooms were great and well equipped. Loved that it had two bathrooms.
Cons: Main shower is confusing to use and quite old. Location is a little dodgy, however we were just vigilant. The lift is unreliable and challenging if you have alot of luggage as apartment is on the third floor.

Great apartment woth great service from the host
Pros: We stayed as a two couples during Sep ‘25. Flavio is great, responsive, on time and very helpful. The two rooms are comfortable with two bathrooms! All amenities are there. The nespresso machine is a winner. Beds are comfortable. The en-suit shower is emulating the cocpit of a space-ship but works well once you figure it out. The apartment presents clean and is really functional. The elevator is tiny but works well to this 3’d floor apartment. Good sound isolation - no curry smells (ref a previous review) The small convenience shop, right next to the “green-door” apartment block entrance is well stocked with friendly service. The two Curry Restaurants in the sam stretblock serves a decent fare. Great apartment, close to station, busses and subway.
Cons: Found a lot of dust and dirt under bed - this was addressed wit Flavio who hndertook to address with the cleaners. The area of location lies in the “cheap-side of town”, rigt next to the nether regions of Rome Termini - thus nice & close to the station but a bit of a seedy feel to the area. Except feeling a bit uncomfortable, we did not experience any issues. Probably not a good isea to walk around aline at night in that area.

Pros: El apartamento pequeñito pero muy limpio y muy buena ubicación, calidad precio 👌y Flavio el dueño muy amable y atento gracias por todo espero volver
Cons: El ascensor muy pequeño y estrecho pero nos hizo el apaño ya que el apartamento está en un tercer piso

Pros: A nevezetességek jól megközelíthetőek a szállástól, központi elhelyezkedése van. A szállás megfelelően felszerelt, tiszta. A személyzet nagyon kedves, figyelmes volt velünk.

Pros: Nagyon szép, tiszta és kényelmes szobák. A tulajdonos rendkívül kedves és segítőkész. A Termini pályaudvar mindössze 7 perc séta, így a közlekedés kiváló. Tökéletes kiindulópont Róma felfedezéséhez, biztosan visszatérünk! József és Margaréta

Pros: Ubytovateľka bola veľmi milá a ochotná. Komunikácia s ňou bola rýchla a efektívna. Všetko nám vysvetlila, nechala nám aj nejaké jedlo na ubytovaní. Pobyt v apartmáne bol veľmi príjemný.
Cons: Štvrť okolo stanice je relatívne špinavá ale budova v ktorej je apartmán je príjemná, apartmán je do vnútrobloku takže to nebol až taký problém. Pokazil sa nám kotol takže nešla teplá voda ale ubytovateľka bola ochotná to relatívne rýchlo vyriešiť.

Pros: Communication, the apartment and smooth check-in / out. We truly appreciate the accommodation of leaving our bags in the apartment as an early check-in while they were cleaning. Delicious Indian restaurant a few doors from the apartment building, highly recommend.
Cons: Be cautious around the neighborhood. We had to pay for taxi services to and from the apartment, more than we anticipated, like every day.
