Pros: perfect location, bit rough outside at night, but what you expect near the train station. The apartment was clean and the staff were friendly, exactly what was required.

Cons: small moan, but the downstairs by the main door was a bit of a mess, not the apartment's fault but more a criticism of the overall building.

Only for Location

Pros: It was very close to Termini station, which made it really accessible. It catered for my big family and they even provided drinks and snacks. They were kind enough to allow us to leave our large amount of suitcases and had it prepared in the room whilst we went exploring the room. We appreciated having our towels switched halfway through our 4 night stay. They accommodated by giving us a fan in the room, seeing as there was no aircon available - explained that the weather is starting to get cold, so if's only heater. Though I explained where we came from it is winter and this is hot for us.

Cons: Would've liked to have at least 2 keys, given that everyone likes to go in and out at different times. So having to pass the key to each other during the day was a hassle. The shower space was really really small compared to the size of the actual bathroom.. every movement made you touch the door, the walls or the curtains. There wasn't any vanity space to put toiletries. Didn't like that the main toilet lights were timed/motion censored. So had to switch on the sink lights, otherwise you'd be in the dark if they did turn off.

Pros: Courteous staff, 3 minutes to Termi, clean and comfortable in the room. Vodka, circles and croissants for free. For this money, perhaps the best option in the area.

Cons: The area itself is dirty and not very safe at night, but the hotel is not to blame)

Rome nicely on a budget

Pros: Travelling as a family of 5 (3 older sons), this room was brilliant for its location. We took the train and bus from Ciampino Airport straight to Roma Termini and it was literally a 5 minute to the room. It's lovely to stroll around the area, so much to see, it's about 30 minutes walk to all the essential visits like Trevi Fountain, The Colosseum and Pantheon. We got the Metro into Vatican City, this runs from Termini Station and I think cost a euro each for the journey which is brilliant when sticking to a budget. The room itself was clean, has good Aircon, looks recently decorated, welcome soft drinks on arrival. Staff were great, so friendly and helpful. If you're looking at going to Rome on a budget but still want some decent digs, this place ticks all the boxes

Cons: Walking later at night from the train station could seem a little daunting. Not a dislike however it was on the fourth floor which could be a bit difficult for some. There is a lift however we didn't use it

Pros: Great location, within walking distance to the sights. It's clean and very good for this price. Fr ee coffee is a nice extra.

Pros: Location is very good. It's on 4th floor but they have lift. Well behaved and helpful staff. Transport and everything near by. Using the microwave was a great help.

Cons: It could be noisy at late night on the street. But no problem in the room.

I recommend!

Pros: Convenient location, walking distance from most attractions. Cleanliness is on point. Kind and responsive staff.

Cons: What I didn't like was more the guests who were in the building. It was noisy at times inside the building itself - they didn't respect the curfew, considering that the building itself is in a quiet place in the city.

Great stay close to the station

Pros: Very close to the Termini train station so great connectivity to all attractions. Nice clean and relatively large room. Very polite and helpful receptionist who responded to messages quite promptly. He was present even at midnight when we checked in which was very useful for us. Plenty of towels and room cleanup every alternate day.

Cons: bathroom shower height adjustment broken so inconvenient to shower. But overall no other issues.
