Comfortable, clean, great host, decent location and affordable.

Pros: The host Sara was very friendly and helpful. She texted me before arriving on whatsapp to confirm my arrival time, so she could have the appartment ready and wait for me there to greet me. Upon arrival she gave me a tour of the appartment, explained some things and gave me a lot of recommendations for restaurants and places to see. The appartment was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The location is OK, like 20 mins from the city center with either the bus or metro. Bus/metro are like 2-3 minutes walking distance from the appartment.

Cons: I had the appartment with my own bathroom. The shower was a bit small, but was still fine. Not worth complaining over. The other guests are on the same floor, but have their bathroom entrance in the shared area. You could hear them when walking towards it and when showering. It was still a great stay nevertheless. 10/10 would recommend.

Pros: The host Sara was so welcoming and provided us with lots of recommendations for restaurants and cafes in the area. It was a lovely room located on the third floor of a classic Roman style building.

Cons: We stayed in the room with an external private bathroom. The bathroom (including the shower room) was tiny even for me as someone who’s 5’4.

Pros: Lovely apartment in a great location for the train station, metro and sights. Sara was a lovely open friendly host who gave us lots of tips. The bed was super comfy and the building felt secure and was perfect for our 5 night stay. We took the opportunity to get the local train to Naples another fantastic city highly recommended.

Lovely, would book again when in Rome!

Pros: Sara is a great host, so all was friendly, clean and nice. The kitchen is well-equipped, netflix, iron, big fridge. Metro station and Termini are near the flat. Also Sara gave us recommendations for cafes nearby, Regali ❤️

Cons: It was a little bit disappointing that windows face the inner yard

Pros: The air-conditioning efficiency is very high and it is very comfortable to sleep at night. The owner is very wired and hospitable and provides a lot of travel information than we did when we first checked in. The facilities in the room are very sufficient. For example, they have a coffee machine, a microwave, and everything you need.

Cons: Although the toilet is private, it is not in the room.

Pros: Sara is a fabulous, most welcoming host. She recommended places for good authentic food. We tried them all and they were amazing. The apartment is serene, cool, welcoming, very clean and the bed comfortable. The perfect place to rest after exploring the city.

Pros: The host was very welcoming and very accommodating. Being my first time in Italy with my girlfriend, Sara(Host) made us feel at home. Plenty of space in the property and always quiet.

Pros: Mrs Sara is very helpful. She help us to find some place to eat (my gf has allergic on tomatoes and lactose) A property was ready before check in and it was very clean. Also location is good
