Great Location
Pros: Great location - walk to Colosseum & other attractions, we didn't need to get any public transport (except taxi from bus station on arrival). Minimal traffic. Restaurant & cafes nearby. We didn't see our hosts but messaged & spoke on the phone - friendly & helpful. Good to be able to wash our clothes in the unit. Included separate body wash, shampoo & conditioner.
Cons: There was some noise from neighbours, people in the vicinity. However, earplugs were supplied for this reason.

Super appartement, en plein centre pour visiter Rome à pied
Pros: - l’appartement est idéalement placé ( 7 min du Colisée à pied ) - l’appartement est très propre - la wifi fonctionnait très bien - le check-in est libre ce qui est très pratique - tous les équipements nécessaires sont disponibles ( cafetière, capsules de café, machine à laver, produits d’entretien, vaisselles, fer à repasser etc) - l’hôte répond très rapidement
Cons: - l’appartement est situé en bord de route donc il est un peu bruyant. Personnellement cela ne m’a pas gêné mais en cas de sommeil léger, cela peut être embêtant ( boule quies à disposition dans l’appartement )

We would definitely recommend this place. It's an ideal, affordable place in the center of Rome
Pros: Location is amazing. It was our first trip to Rome, so we wanted to see all the famous tourist sites. They were all either in walking distance or a ride on a subway(Vatican). The neighborhood is very cool, lots of restaurants, cafés, shops.
Cons: The only complaint is about some random people occasionally sitting near the door and having conversations that are pretty loud.

Pros: La ubicacion excelente del apartamento y como está organizado por dentro para disfrutar de una estancia muy cómoda aunque sea en un espacio reducido
Cons: Inevitable oir los ruidos de la calle, pero nada que no se pudiera solucionar con unos tapones al dormir

January stay in Monti
Pros: First of all, the where. Monti is the perfect neighborhood to visit Rome from and this place is in the best part of it. You are 15 minutes away from everything - thr center, the train station. The immediate area is also really vibrant and has great restaurants and a stellar winery just around the corner (seriously don't miss it). Next: the way the appartment is organized is great. It's small, but absolutely fuctional and has everything you could ever need to live in comfort. Everything is clean and chic, with some nice touches. There's even a wall safe! Cool :) Finally, the owner was super nice and really forthcoming. We had some minor issues with the AC (winter time, so we needed heating) and she responded super quick and was very forthcoming. I really appreciate that in a host.
Cons: Not a lot, the place is really great. One thing to mind is the apartment is on the ground floor of a very old building and has very small windows. It didn't bother us at all but might be a problem for some people or for a longer stay.

Pros: A nossa estadia foi maravilhosa! A localização é perfeita, fica muito perto de tudo, é possível ir para qualquer lugar caminhando. A casa tem tudo que é preciso, os anfitriões muito atenciosos e queridos. Voltaríamos com certeza! E recomendaremos a todos! ❤️

Одно из лучших мест! Идеально для пары как на пару дней так и на долго.
Pros: Понравилось все! Местоположение, рядом много ресторанов, колизей за углом при этом ночью на этой улице тихо. Вход с улицы и не нужно поднимать багаж по узким лестницам. Очень чисто. Много приятных мелочей в доме. Отличный хозяин всегда на связи!🫶🏼
