Pros: A squeaky clean apartment, fully equiped, incredibly comfortable and with an authentic roman ambience that makes you feel right at home in the city. Excellent bar, restaurants and cafes around the neighbourhood. Via Boschetto comes alive at night but not in an annoying way -if you want complete silence, why are you even looking for a place in Monti? The host, Antonia, is a GEM. Also: Location, location, location.
Cons: Absolutely nothing. Please do not pay attention to the divas that find faults in everything. The bathroom does not leak, the A/C unit makes the usual drone sound and keeps the apt cool enough, the whole place is yours and there's no catch in the description. If you want to experience Rome like a local, this is your place. Would return again and again.

Great location, fair price
Pros: Location is great, very close to the Rome terminal and nearly all of the tourist attractions are within walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nice apartment in great location
Pros: The apartment has a very good location, only few minutes from Colosseum. Antonia, the host, was very nice and helpful. The apartment itself was clean and also comfortable for 3 persons.

City break in Rome.
Pros: Location was good. Cafe next to it staff very welcoming. Quiet location Attractions were well within walking distance Vatican was 50 minutes walk but was ok for us. Antonia was very welcoming and explained all we needed to know. Enjoyed our stay in Rome Reminder city tax! Would def stay again in this apartment.

Great location and lovely host
Pros: The property is located on a beautiful street and the Colosseum is only a short walk away. The flat is centrally located with all the sights within reasonable walking distance. Antonia, the host, was lovely and made us feel welcome and was very helpful.
Cons: The property was compact but that’s what you get for the location and price.

Pros: Localização excelente! Dá para fazer muita coisa a pé e fica perto dos principais meios de transporte. Foi perfeito para explorar a cidade
Cons: A organização do quarto deixou a desejar. A porta do banheiro estava quebrada, o quarto tinha cheiro de cigarro quando chegamos e as toalhas disponíveis eram extremamente ásperas, parecendo pano de chão.

Très bien !
Pros: L'appartement était très bien situé, la climatisation était très utile. Tout était propre, la cuisine très bien équipée et le lit était grand et très confortable.
Cons: La porte de la douche est un peu déboîtée donc difficile à fermer et le pommeau du haut ne fonctionne pas et fuit. Mais il est tout à fait possible de se laver quand-même !

Escapada a Roma en monti!
Pros: La ubicación fantástica, en una calle tranquila, cercana a todo, se puede ir andando, perfecto para desplazarse por toda la ciudad. En pleno barrio de monti y tienes buenos restaurantes cerca así como otras opciones para desayunar. Habitación sencilla acorde al precio, la anfitriona te acoge a la llegada y vive al lado, muy buen contacto y cercanía..
Cons: Quizás toca una renovación del baño y actualizar algunas de las instalaciones. El aire acondicionado ( en plena ola de calor) no llego a ser suficiente del todo, pero hizo más llevadera la estancia.

Fantástica estancia
Pros: La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, tienes cerca muchos puntos de interés a los que se puede ir fácilmente andando. La anfitriona Antonia es una persona super agradable que resuelve todas tus dudas.
Cons: El único inconveniente es que el aire acondicionado no enfría la estancia tanto como quisiéramos y hace algo de ruido.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja. Do kolosuem 10 minut. Pokoik bardzo funkcjonalny, z klimatem.
