Pros: Located on such a great street in Monti. Very clean and tidy and well sized. The heated towel rail was a lovely touch and all the linen was very clean and fresh.

Cons: The sofa bed was quite uneven and uncomfy. The kitchen could also do with some more equipment. There were no wine glasses and only 3 mismatched drinking glasses.

Great place to stay - close to everything.

Pros: Centrally located, close to everything. A 15 minute walk from the station. Staff were helpful, easy check-in.

Cons: Some minor maintenance issues - bedside table was broken and fold out bed had been damaged.

Clean, well maintained spacious apartment. Much more than the value for money, will visit again!

Pros: a spacious one bed room apartment with a kitchenet was a very good choice as I had to be in Rome for a week. Located in a central location to most of the attractions and walking distance to Universities and main attractions of Rome. Payment was easy and checking instructions were clear. Had a smooth check in and check out experience. Also they kidnly allowed me to stay a couple of hours longer than the usual check out time as my flight was delayed. I will visit this property again, if I have to visit Rome again with my family.

Cons: Three minor points for further improvement [1]. I wish, if I could use the washing machine or received info about a possible laundry facilities. [2]. The apartment was very clean with clean bedding and towers and clean toilet, but the table was bit stickily and the sofa could have been a bit more cleaner [3]. Could be nice to have a printed instruction booklet at the apartment as WhatsApp number was not 24/7

Pros: La ubicación, la dimensión de las habitaciones, la atención. La limpieza, la calidad de las instalaciones. Volvería a quedarme en un futuro.

Cons: Faltaba un poco de luz en las habitaciones, no funcionaba la calefacción y estaba algo fresco por la noche, no se podía usar la lavadora de ropa por un problema tecnico

Pros: Muy limpio , muy lindo , buena ubicación y son muy amables

Pros: It was a little noisy but we were not disturbed at all, the location was great, walking distance to everywhere.

Pros: Facilità uso del check-in automatico, il link utile anche durante il soggiorno Posizione dell'appartamento perfetta, la zona è diventata troppo turistica per le nostre esigenze e ha perso in genuinità/autenticità

Cons: La lavatrice non funzionava, avevo bisogno di fare il bucato. Ho trovato poco chiaro il pagamento, che pensavo fosse gestito da booking o dalla struttura in modo automatico; ho trovato poco trasparente un addebito - automatico e non sufficientemente comunicato - di 197 € sulla mia carta e il dover pagare tramite link comunque l'intero importo nonostante i 197€ circa mi fossero già stati prelevati. Trovo questa procedura macchinosa e poco chiara.

Pros: Appartement très bien placé et propre. proche des monuments à visiter.

Cons: Clic clac pas confortable. Rue bruyante la nuit
