Iflat New Cozy Retreat Near the Colosseum

Pros: Location, location. Very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again

Cons: Lift didn't work to get bags up to second floor. But did not determine the stay

Pros: Very nice appartment with an excellent location. Metro with Line orange and bue in in ca. 5-10min. Just 1 Metro station from Termini. 15min by walk to the Colleseum, Foro Romano, Palatine. The street seems to be a popular one for italians to have a relaxing dinner or to go shopping in small cute boutiques (but not at all a street full of tourists). Little supermarket with local prices just at the same street at 2min. The appartment is like in the photos, or even better. It is very light and very nicely renovated. The owner or administrator was very nice and welcome us at our arrival. They left little bottles of shampoo and body gel, as well as little bags for all we could need for our daily kitchen cleaning or laundry. The wifi was excellent. We could use streaming in 3 devices at the same time. Would we repeat here? Yes, we would :-)

Pros: Charming, spacious property. Fantastic position, easy walking distance to all main attractions.

Pros: Value, nice and informative hosts, exceptional location, very clean and modern property and all facilities nearby. would definitely fully recommend.

Cons: needs a bottle opener and a mirror in second bedroom.....very very minor issues.

Pros: Everything was very beautiful and clean. There are several restaurants and small shops nearby. The attractions were also a 10-20 minute walk away. The person who greeted us was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Fonctionnel, propre, très bien situé

Pros: L’arrivée tardive. L’emplacement. Les 3 chambres. Le calme malgré le quartier très animé. Les restaurants à proximité.

Cons: La clim un peu bruyante dans une des chambres.

Pros: Solo le agregaria microondas y detergente para lavar utencillos de cocina, pero el departamento es hermoso y super cómodo.

Ótima opção em Roma

Pros: Ficamos eu, minha mulher, filhos e nora. Apartamento excelente e muito confortável. Tudo muito novo e limpo. Todos as comodidades necessárias. Os quartos com bom espaço e arejados, boa cozinha, bons banheiros. Roupa de cama e banho excelentes. A localização é muito boa. Ficamos muito confortáveis.

Cons: Reforçando que o apartamento é excelente. As camas de casal na verdade são sofás-cama, então talvez substituí-las por camas fosse bom. Mas mesmo assim são muito confortáveis. E, o elevador não estava disponível para nós. Não chegou a prejudicar porque o apartmanto é no primeiro andar, mas contávamos com o elevador para a chegada com as malas. De resto tudo absolutamente irretocável.

Beyond Expectations

Pros: Everything. The location and neighborhood were amazing. The apartment was even bigger than we thought and more spacious than the pictures online showed. The apartment looks and feels brand new. The cleanliness is topnotch. It was cozy and comfortable. Perfect for a family of 4 or 5, especially with the 2 full bathrooms with showers.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

We had a great time and loved the apartment. It was centrally located for all the tourist things we wanted to do.

Pros: The 3rd bedroom had a pull out couch for a bed. I really hope they will be replacing that with a regular bed. Although it wasn’t bad for a pull out couch.
