Pros: The location was perfect -very convenient and close to everything. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We felt very relaxed and enjoyed our stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others.
Cons: The only issue was the water heater. Since we were four people, it caused some inconvenience - we had to wait quite a long time for hot water between showers, even after very short ones((

Pros: Comfortable, clean, good location. Easy check in/check out.
Cons: There is no sound isolation, because there is no real wall between bedroom and living room, just a sliding door with strange holes on the top. If more than 2 people are travelling, it can be tricky.

Pros: Location was good, close to some major attractions and nice restaurants and cafes. Very comfy bed for us and spacious apartment.
Cons: We had issues checking in as the instructions where not clear. There was supposed to be a television but it wasn't there. Although we were out most of the day, it would of been nice to wind down with something to watch at night. Only 5 coffee pods for 2 people over 4 days

Good location and clean space, but lacked essentials and comfort for the price.
Pros: The apartment was clean and in a great location, close to restaurants, bars, and within walking distance of the Colosseum.
Cons: There were no duvets for either the main bed or the sofa bed, making it uncomfortable at night. A power cut happened once, and we were told it might be due to multiple appliances, but we only had chargers and the AC on for heating, which we needed because of the missing duvets. The TV mentioned in the listing wasn’t available either.

Very good
Pros: Very good location - close to the Colosseum and other attractions. We did not use transport. There is everything you need in the apartment. The keys are left in a box, so we did not see the host.The toilet paper is enough :)
Cons: The coffee machine was not working properly. There were no capsules left, but we bought some from a nearby store.There were some uncleaned areas in the bathroom.The sofa bed creaks and isn't very comfortable, but it's bearable.

Pros: Location of this apartment is superb - close to Coliseum and all the main historic attractions of Rome. Absolutely great and very comfortable apartment with all the amenities. Definitely will return!

Eccellente appartamento per un soggiorno a Roma con la famiglia
Pros: Posizione ottima a pochi passi dal Colosseo e dalla metro. Host molto gentile e molto disponibile per le nostre esigenze. Appartamento pulito con arredamento nuovo, molto ben organizzato e accessoriato.
Cons: Unico appuntamento...da migliorare l'illuminazione delle scale per salire in appartamento

Pobyt ogólnie oceniamy bardzo dobrze.
Pros: Lokalizacja świetna, w samym centrum, praktycznie do większości zabytków można dojść na piechotę. Przy małej ulicy, więc ruch samochodów nie był specjalnie uciążliwy. Blisko restauracje i kawiarnie. Apartament przestronny, czysty, wygodne łóżka.
Cons: Trochę kiepska komunikacja z gospodarzem- nie dostaliśmy odpowiedzi, czy będzie można zameldować się wcześniej, tylko lakoniczne \

Un super pied à terre pour visiter Rome 🙌🏻
Pros: Nous avons adoré loger à la casa di Arya. Très bien situé à 10 min à pied du Colisée et également à moins de 15 min à pieds de la gare Termini donc super pratique pour retourner à l’aéroport. L’appartement était très propre, fonctionnel, bien décoré. La clime est un vrai plus puisqu’il faisait très chaud dehors! On recommande à 100%
