Elegant & Quiet Apartment next to Colosseo

Pros: The place is crazy, you walk outside and there is the colloseum.

Spacious, modern apartment in the heart of Rome

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is just a 5 minute walk from the Colosseum, with lots of great restaurants and cafés nearby. The location couldn’t be more convenient, close to all the main sights. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like playing cards, an extra charger, scissors, and other small household items you wouldn’t usually find in a hotel. The living room and bedroom were both spacious and well equipped. Overall, we had a great time and would happily stay here again.

Fantastic Location, clean and welcoming

Pros: Apartment was located in a great position, 5mins walk from Colossuem, 15mins walk to Trevi Fountain. Unfortunately metro line B was closed during our stay but normally you would have access to the metro really easily from the apartment. Apartment was clean, and had all necessary facilities. Gian responded to messages quickly with any questions we had. Would recommend apartment to visiting family and friends.

Cons: The sofa bed wasn't suitable for sleeping. It needs a microwave.

Pros: Fantastic location, close to all the action but still very quiet being tucked just off a main road.

Pros: The location of the apartment is very convenient, 5 min walk to metro station and the Colosseo. The apartment is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, so you can easily cook yourself if you like. The double mattress is good. There are spacious wardrobes as well. The host was easily accessible. Overall, it is a decent choice for visiting the historic center of beautiful Rome!

Cons: The thing that needs improvement, at least for our standards, is the cleaning in general. On our arrival, the floor wasn't adequately swept, and many things needed to be dusted. Apparently, this is something that can be fixed in the future.

Pros: Adorable apartment in a great location - easy to walk to many key sites, and plenty of public transport options servicing the area. Very well stocked kitchen and washing machine were greatly appreciated!

Pros: The location was excellent, very close to a good choice of restaurants as well as the Coloseum and Forum. Easy to walk to other major sites, and access transport links. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, air conditioning was welcome even though it was October. It was well equipped with everything you need for a longer stay, including a very quiet washing machine. The hosts were easy to contact via messages and were willing to help if you needed anything. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: A black out blind in bedroom would be ideal for us light sleepers!

Great location !!

Pros: Perfect location. You can lean forward and even see the collesso from the window. It is just 5 mins walk… besides that, you can find anything you would need in an apartment.

Cons: There was a distinct smell which never went off (even we open the windows), maybe it is because the range hood or i don’t know… and garbage truck noise very early in the morning but nothing to do for that…
