Frangipane 31 Monti Terrace

Pros: The apartment is truly wonderful, comfortable, and spacious. Perfect for a family! Emma was waiting for us upon arrival to hand over the keys. We arrived earlier than planned, but we were still able to leave our luggage. The location is great! The Colosseum and Roman Forum are just around the corner, as are the metro station and restaurants. We really had a great time here and will stay again when visiting Rome.

Cons: Apartment is at the top floor in the old building which has its charm. For some thought stairs might be an issue.

Pros: Super accommodation with everything we needed, the dual level terrace was such a nice thing to have as well

Cons: Nothing. We were aware of the stairs up to the apartment and the host met us to help us with our luggage and settle us in. The stairs didn't bother us but those with limited mobility should be aware of this.

Pros: The apartment was simply wonderful! Very comfortable, clean, and well organized. Everything you need is there: a fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, and a comfortable bed. What stood out the most was the amazing host, who made our stay even more perfect. The host, Andrea, was kind, always available to help, and provided personal service with a warm smile. He gave us great local tips, recommended fantastic restaurants, and was always happy to answer our questions. The apartment is located in an excellent spot, walking distance to all the main attractions of Rome, so we could easily explore the city. We would definitely love to come back and stay again.

Beautiful apartment in the centre of Rome

Pros: Absolutely beautiful apartment, plenty of room. Two amazing terraces, one with views across Rome. The central location made it perfect for sightseeing as we planned to walk. Well equipped kitchen although we ate out every day.

Cons: There were rather a lot of steps - into the apartment and in the apartment itself. Bit tiring after a day spent walking

Excellent stay

Pros: The location was excellent, a few minutes from the Colosseum and very close to restaurants and shops. Andrea met us with the keys as arranged and as we arrived a little early than normal check in time we could leave our bags in the flat until the cleaning was done and there were a few groceries left on arrival. The property was as described. The flat was very comfortable, the air-condition worked well and was quiet despite the busy neighbourhoood. It was good that the sofa bed in the living area had some room dividers for privacy and there was another smaller living area next to the kitchen. Andrea was helpful and communicative throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again.

Cons: There are quite a few stairs, not an issue for us, but could be for others. There could have been a few more drinking and wine glasses as the number resulted in needing to wash up after each meal rather than being able to put into the dishwasher to create a full load. Nothing else not to like.

A wonderful stay in Rome - highly recommended!

Pros: The property is located within easy walking distance of all of the sights of Rome and literally around the corner from the Colessium. There are fantastic restaurants on your doorstep. The roof terrace is wonderful!

Cons: We loved everything about it.

Pros: We were welcomed very nicely. Everything was thought of for our comfort and holiday. The house was very central, clean, comfortable and stylish. The host shared a lot of information about Rome. He gave us tips about the city. He was very hospitable. It is within walking distance of many historical buildings. It is very close to the bus stop. The house is well-equipped. We were as comfortable as our own home. We will stay there again when we go to Rome again.

Fantastic localization in Rome

Pros: Localization, localization and once more localization. Apartment is situated very close to Colosseo and walking distance to other monuments, as well as some good restaurants. It has two beautiful terraces that will be fantastic place to spend the evening or drink a morning coffee in spring or summertime. Apartment has all you need, including to bathrooms. Owner was very nice and helpful (greetings!). We could definately come back there!

Cons: You need to be aware of all the stairs. It is not a place for small children or people with mobility problems. We heard all the noises from the staircase, but as they were rare, we got used to it on second day.

Pros: Lovely apartment and terrassens. Close to Colosseum and forum romanum, the other major attractions within ca 30 min walking distance. Restaurants round the corner. If selfcatering would recommend thecarrefour supermarket which had a better selection than the one at Cavour. Very serviceminded host.

Cons: Lots of stairs, no problem to us but might not be suitable for elderly persons or families with small children.
