Frangipane Apartment

Pros: This is an apartment in the old historical center of the city. The apartment is clean and carefully furnished with historical furniture. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The air conditioner is a little underpowered.Everything went well.

Cons: Unfortunately, the crime situation in the city is disappointing. On the day of departure, a car window was broken in a paid parking lot next to the apartment. I think other travelers should take this into account.

Beautiful room, access to everything on foot

Pros: The host is excellent, she helped us through all our journey 24/7, the communication was perfect. The room is only a few meters away from the Colosseum which is in the center of the entire city. Very good hospitality.

One of the best place to live in Roma, Super location and convenient, Great Host with personal touch

Pros: What a location, right next to Colosseum, Super nice Host couple. They did everything to welcome us, guide us and told everything about sounding. Lot of tourist spots, restaurants around. I like to couple for their seriousness in running business. We asked for early check-in as family and they were happy to welcome.

Cons: Only thing missing was laundry but we managed to find near by location.

Frangipane apartment

Pros: The apartment was very clean. The beds and in general the house and the space were comfortable. The location was very good next to the colloseum and Monti. The host was excelent and warm and helped us with everything we needed.

Cons: The nights were warm, and the ac was not very powerful but still working

Fabulous stay.

Pros: Excellent location, close to many restaurants and bars, but quiet. Close to metro and major sites. Good sized and well equipped apartment, very comfortable for the 3 of us. Waleed and Hanen were very responsive and helpful.

Living like Romans did!

Pros: Excellent location, smooth communication with the owners, accommodating every request we had in no time. They even proposed to drive us to the airport because we were slightly behind the time. We highly recommend this property for some days in Rome.

Cons: Nothing bad to mention.

Pros: The location was perfect, very close to the Colosseum and other famous spots. The public transport options were good. Supermarket and nice restaurants are also close. The street is quite. Hosts were very nice, they gave us alot of good hints for sightseeing, and also reccomended affodable good restaurants. We loved the appartment.

Cons: There is nothing wrong with the appartment. Some appliences were used, but everything worked perfectly fine.

Hosts who go above and beyond

Pros: The hosts are good, good people and we're so lucky to have been in such safe hands. I had an accident and broke my ankle on the last evening and they could have done nothing, but instead they brought crutches to the hospital, drove us back to the apartment, let us stay all day long after check-out time, helped us carry the luggage and took us to the airport. I will always cherish the memory of such human kindness in my time of need. The apartment is on a quiet side street so we slept well, yet it is so near all the great ancient Roman ruins that my family could still pop out and sightsee without leaving me alone bed-bound for long.

Pros: Расположение. Выходишь и видишь кусочек Колизея. Вышел и сразу среди достопримечательностей. Много кафе вокруг соответственно. Вышел и завтракай сразу где хочешь. Интересный вид на крыши и бытовую жизнь итальянцев с окон. Две комнаты. Чистота

Cons: Несколько устаревший ремонт Торопились до 20.00 чтобы не платить доп цену за позднее заселение. В итоге успели, но это внесло некоторое волнение.
