Cosy penthouse loft with stunning view

Nice experience for several days

Pros: + The view from the balcony, + Silence surrounding, + The host is very helpful, + Well equipped and clean kitchen, + A complimentary bottle of wine and coffee cuspules, + 3min walk from the supermarket, + air conditioning and wide screen TV

Cons: - Crazy price, most likely everywhere in Rome during the season , - Far far away from the city center and the airports - The entrance door without noise isolation - when someone talks on the stairs, you hear it like you have your door opened

Pros: Great penthouse aparment with all facilities very clean and comfortable. Top!

Pros: Die Frendlichkeit des Hauses, Hilfsbereitschaft, und die vieles Tipps. Die Saunerkeit und die Ruhige Lage.

Cons: Etwas nicht direkt im Zentrum , ABER mit gute Verbindungen mit Verkehrsmittel.

Pros: Accoglienza, location, servizi offerti ed un ambiente familiare.

Moooolto bella!

Pros: Bell attico, in posizione molto strategica. Non troppo distante dal centro e molto vicino a tanti servizi. Posizione tranquilla, e vista perfetta.

Cons: Nulla di non migliorabile (cosa già detta proprietario) ad esempio la mancanza di una lavatrice e la mancanza di qualche utensile in più (tipo cucchiarella, mestoli ecc.)

Un piccolo nido con una bellissima vista

Pros: Terrazzo con vista bellissima, cucina piccola ma attrezzata, parcheggio facile, supermercato a pochi minuti a piedi, zona molto tranquilla, proprietario simpatico e disponibile

Cons: Idealmente ci vorrebbe qualche utensile in più in cucina Per un soggiorno più lungo di qualche giorno servirebbe una lavatrice. Posto lontano dal centro

Great rural location to relax after hectic day in center of Rome

Pros: Tranquil location, large open-air patio on the roof of the building to relax in the evening.Full kitchen for in-house food preparation if you desire. On street parking is reasonable in front of the complex. There is an elevator and a flight of stairs however Corrado will be very happy to help you with your luggage. 5 minute walk to the bus line number 98 that will take you to downtown Rome. If I come to Rome in the future I will try to stay here again.

Pros: Loft di qualita' spazioso, con un ampio terrazzo e un bel panorama. Molto silenzioso anche la notte, gestori piuttosto disponibili. Consigliato!

Cons: Probabilmente con qualche utensile e pentola in piu' sarebbe stato ancora meglio.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, Wege ins Stadtzentrum sind aber doch zu weit.

Pros: Apartment ist gut ausgestattet. Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist sehr schön.

Cons: Die Fotos der Anzeige sind irreführend. Das Apartment ist nicht in der ital. Villa, sondern in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in der Nähe. Der Pool ist an besagter Villa und ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen.
