Nice experience from a short stay in Rome

Pros: Excellent location. Full my recommendation for stays in Rome - foot distance to Coloseo and short distance to metro station. Fully equipped kitchen and small shops and restaurants located just next to the entrance. Warm and communicative staff/owner - served for us more, than was expected (supported to arrange tickets for local event and welcomed with a bottle of wine :) )

Cons: Nothing to complain.

Pros: I had a great stay! The place was very clean, the host was extremely helpful and kind, and the location was perfect – close to everything I needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Would definitely come back!

Great apartment

Pros: The owner was very helpful and accommodating. He was very responsive to all our messages. It's quite close to the central station. The apartment is spacious and was the first apartment we stayed in during our trip where they had some toys and a welcome gift!

Pros: The host collected us from the airport, showed us into the apartment and also took us back to the airport bar the end of our stay.

Pros: The place itself is really good as long as the location of the property. Its close the the metro station so you can easily move around the city. However if you prefer walking the Coliseum is about 15-20 min. We didnt spent too much time in it but the place completely met our expectations.

Cons: Its very noisy and if you can not sleep because of that it can be a problem for you. The noise is coming from the street so you can not do anything to fix it. Maybe the property can change the windows with better ones. However we are not picky so it was not a problem for us.

Pros: Exactly as advertised. Clean and perfect for a family of 5. Great, safe location near transit, stores, restaurants. Comfy beds. Appreciated kitchen and clothes washer. Kind host. Lovely stay.

Pros: The host Gianfranco was very kind and helpful. He even picked us up from the bus station because there was a Metro strike, for a nominal fee. The location is very central and near the Colosseum. We were greeted with a bottle of wine. The house had all the amenities in the kitchen, washing machine, Smart TV with Netflix and air conditioning. Would love to come back here.

Cons: The noise from the street was the only negative part, sometimes it was difficult to sleep. Consider bringing earplugs.

Excellent stay

Pros: The host is an exceptional, helpful, and polite person. The apartment is magnificent, impeccably clean, and comfortable in a perfect location.\

Cons: A warm welcome, a welcome bottle of wine, coffee, and a selection of teas available to guests. The house is well-heated and equipped with all comforts.\
