A lovely apartment for a Rome base

Pros: Great communication from owner. Accommodation very clean and well equipped. Near metro station and within walking distance of Colosseum etc

The most equipped place ever!! Host is amazing!

Pros: Francesca is amazing! She took great care of us and was available at all times! This is the most equipped place I was ever in. The apartment has everything you need. We had some issues with the hot water but it was our fault and she was the whole time patient to explain what we were doing wrong and kept asking if it worked etc. She is great, grazie Francesca per tutto!!

Cons: nothing everything worked.

Great apartment, wonderful host!

Pros: Francesca was a wonderful host. She checked in on us regularly and made sure our stay was a delight. Plenty of space in the apartment for a family of 5. Close to public transport to get us to all the tourist sites. She even had some treats waiting for us to keep us going until we were able to get to the local supermarket. The lift was a very welcome addition, especially after a long day of walking.

Cons: Nothing, we really enjoyed our time in the apartment.

Great location and a secure apartment

Pros: Great location close to metro station and walking distance to Colloseum. Secure apartment with 3 locked doors to enter. Good size rooms with air conditioning. Welcome assortment of bakery items a nice touch

Cons: Located on a busy street so street noise can be a little loud at times

Superb!

Pros: Very clean, spacious and comfortable property. The metro is 3min walk from the property. We had a great time here as a group of 6 people.

Cons: all good!

Would definitely return here when in Rome

Pros: It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and kitchen is fully equipped and with 2 bathrooms. It’s perfectly suited for a group of travelers. Access into the apartment is done very easily and it is contactless. The biggest plus by far is the host, Francesca, who was the most welcoming host out of all the places we’ve been in. Thanks to her, we felt the most at home we could feel while being away from home. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re a group.

Pros: La ubicacion buenisima, y la anfitriina estuvo todo el viaje pendiente de que estuvieramos bien

Pros: Mieszkanie czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Dobra lokalizacja blisko metra i przystanków autobusowych. Można pieszo zwiedzać największe atrakcje Rzymu. Miejsce idealne dla rodzin z dziećmi. Pani manager, Francesca, jest bardzo pomocna i uprzejma. Polecam!

Cons: Jedyny mały minus jest taki, że mieszkanie można by delikatnie odświeżyć.

Pros: La propreté, la gentillesse de l'hôte, la décoration soignée, la clim et l'équipement. Le métro a moins de 5 à pied

Cons: Odeur d'égoût . Quartier pas très attractif mais néanmoins correct

Pros: Appartamento super ammobiliato, con tutto il necessario per fare una colazione dolce ( marmellate, fette biscottate, caffè ecc) Ottima anche la posizione, dieci minuti dalla stazione e vicino alla metro. Gentilissima e super disponibile la proprietaria!
