Lovely stay in excellent location, great for family

Pros: We had a wonderful stay there with a family of 5, great location, super friendly staff and clean rooms. We arrived early, which was not a problem and even allowed to choose the rooms - one further back in a more quieter location, and one closer to the room with our kids - both were equally lovely rooms. We chose to stay closer to our children, knowing it was not going to be so quiet. It was honestly OK - Friday night it got a bit louder with music up until about 1am. It wasn't really an issue for us, though.

Great location

Pros: Great location for the sites, restaurants and bars. Great communication with Natalia and asy check in. Room clean and spacious.

Perfect location!

Pros: Perfect location, it is away from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance to everywhere. The room was gorgeous and spotless, we stayed in the superior suite and was definitely worth the extra, especially if travelling with teenagers. Shower was exceptional.

Cons: The only issue some might have is there 1 tiny lift and you still need to go up and down stairs, not ideal if your travelling with small kids or heavy luggage.

Pros: We got the wrong room number but the woman (when she called us to check) didn’t give us any problems about it

Pros: First of all the location is literally everything! The instructions for checkin and checkout were clear and helpful. Clean room and bathroom, good heating and nice atmosphere. Thank you for having us, when I come back to Rome I will book again!

Great stay in central Rome

Pros: I stayed for one night for work and everything was great - really good communication, flexible check in & check out times, central location with lots right on your doorstep and a huge, comfy & quiet room. Amazing value for money and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Nice room, nice staff, great service!

Cons: The only not great point of the location is that it cane be quite noisy at night. Nothing that would stop one to sleep, but can be a bit uncomfortable. Also, every morning, there is a lot of noise from the cleaning of restaurants and streets in the morning. Not a problem if you are a \

Great location, easy walk to attractions.

Pros: The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great and it was an easy walk to all attractions. There were lots of restaurants and bars as you walked out of the front door and surprisingly, the noise from the street was not audible when the windows were closed. Like most places in Rome, the accommodation costs per night is not the cheapest compared to other European cities, but I feel the price was reasonable given the general cost of a room in Rome.

Cons: The room was not quite ready when we arrived for check in at 14:00, but the staff were polite about this and warned us this was the case via WhatsApp the morning before our arrival. We were able to still leave our bags despite this, so did not effect our stay.

A really clean and reliable stay.

Pros: Location was as good as it gets. Right in the hustle and bustle adjacet piazza navona, with potential for window views along the photogenic steets of Navona. Plenty of dining options downstairs and walkable to just about everything worth walking to in Rome. The rooms were extremely clean and fresh. Good communication and nice amenity policy. Bed was large and comfy. A stay I would recommend and rely on again.

Cons: There were 2 fundamental issues with our room. 1. The shower is extraordinarily small. Picture a small shower, then half it. It didn't help that the shower head had misfiring nozzles so water was flying in all directions and there was no way to avoid getting water in the eyes and ears and everywhere you're trying to avoid. 2. The noise downstairs. It comes with the location and atmosphere, but it was notable. Even with earplugs in, you can hear the music and noise downstairs bumping til about 2am. We travelled with others, the deep sleepers weren't bothered and the others said it wasn't really noticeable in their room. So maybe just my luck as a light sleeper with a room right near the noise?

It was brilliant!!!

Pros: Location, very spacious and airconditioning is working excellent

Cons: We arrived late. We couldn't work out the lift- it seems like it wasn't working. There's a lot of stairs to climb. Maybe it will need a small table and chair to sit down when you are having your coffee.
