The property is well located, but there are remarks regarding the bathroom and the duvets.

Pros: Perfect location, close to cafeterias, restaurants and supermarkets, 6 min from Colloseum.

Cons: The winter duvets need washing, and the bathroom accessories are old and hard to keep in good condition.

Lovely apartment in a nice area of Rome.

Pros: The location was excellent, walking distance to Termini and most of the major tourist sites. Lots of places to get food nearby.

Lovely stay, would definitely look to book again.

Pros: The location was near everything we wanted to see, it a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Loads of lovely restaurants on your doorstep. Comfy beds and sofas to retreat to at the end of the day.

Fabulous location and flat itself

Pros: Beautiful and spacious, with plenty of space to sit around. And location was spectacular: on the little street with plenty of places to eat, or to have a drink and right behind a corner the is colliseaum, which was great to pop in in the evening for photos

Cons: It was Ok, but for others with elderly people it is on the third floor and there is no lift so please just bear that in mind. Personally it just helped me to burn the calories after eating lots of pasta

Nice, cozy and well equipped apartment in walking distance to Coliseum and to Termini station.

Pros: Nice, cozy and well equipped apartment in walking distance to Coliseum (12 min) and to Termini train station (15 min). Just keep in mind that almost all sidewalks are made of cobblestones, If you decide to walk from Termini with your luggage ))). Several nice cafes and small grocery shops are just around the corner. Good wifi! The owner was very helpful and provided late check out! Really appreciate this! My daughters and I were happy to stay with Boschetto Charming Apartment!

Cons: No lift (but the owner helped to carry all our luggage upstairs)!

Fantastic location providing a relaxing, comfortable and spacious environment to enjoy after a long day of touring Rome

Pros: The apartment provided a relaxing and comfortable environment following another busy day of touring the beautiful and amazing sights of Rome. The location made visiting so many landmarks and restaurants accessible on foot. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned midway through our week long stay and felt like it did on our arrival. This was our first visit to Rome and the stay was enhanced because of the comfort of the apartment and the little touches within it that made it feel special. Alessandra and Edoardo have been fantastic hosts with all communication being responded to promptly. Edoardo shared a number of his favourite restaurants and pizzerias several of which we tried and can see why he recommended them.

Agradável surpresa no coração de Roma

Pros: Localização excelente. Não foi necessário utilizar nem uma vez transporte público. Todos os pontos de referência podem ser feitos a pé (mesmo o Vaticano). O bairro é muito simpático com excelentes restaurantes nas ruas.

Cons: A casa de banho, apesar de aceitável, não se encontra no melhor estado. Ainda assim, não influenciou negativamente a estadia.

Pros: Centrally located in the Monti district, this apartment is in the hub of my favorite part of Rome to stay in. Looking forward to booking again!

Pros: Просто великолепные аппартаменты! красиво, чисто, все есть? Подходит для семьи 5-6 человек. В пешей доступности все топовые достопримечательности. Хозяин встретил, все показал на карте, что посмотреть, где покушать. Вернемся еще сюда!

Pros: Location , size, amenities and decor were superb! Had some of the best food in all Of our stay touring parts of Italy right in our neighborhood. I’m on special diet and the gf pizza restaurant a couple minute walk from there was to die for. As well as the dairy free gelato place. So close to all attractions and super safe neighborhood. Great boutique shopping literally next door! A market store down the street. The place was so ample for a family of 3 and we loved all the appliances available and closet space’

Cons: Taking out our own trash at end was inconvenient. Stairs were a hike after a long day, but we def worked off all that Italian food.
