Excellent apartment very good value for money amazing location no elevator

Pros: The apartment was really clean and very very very comfortable with two different bedrooms that also you could hear no sound from one to another.

Cons: Everything that had to do with Andrea was perfect and the apartment was excellent the only small issue that encountered was due to very old piping sometimes there was a little smell coming out of the bathroom

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Pros: Lovely central area. Busy but very interesting and friendly neighbourhood. Not too many tourists in January. Very easy to get into the flat using mobile. Andrea was an excellent communicator and attentive host offering help with early or late check ins and quick to respond to requests for supplies. Tea, coffee and basic cooking supplies as well as toiletries provided which was really useful.

Cons: Flat is on a busy road which was noisy at the weekend but this is offset by the central location where you can walk to many sights as well as great bars and restaurants. Just use earplugs!

Pros: The property is in a great location which made walking to each landmark easy. The facilities of the apartment were also good in particular the washing machine and dryer having a young family. Most of all our host Andrea was brilliant!

Cons: The stairs while manageable was at time challenging with a young family.

Cozy and nice apartment close to the Colosseom

Pros: The apartment is perfectly located to explore the city, as everything is reachable by foot. The lively neighborhood also offers a lot of restaurant options to reasonable prices and good quality. The apartment itself is modern, cozy and equipped with more than needed for a short city stay. The host Andrea was reachable at all times and gave us really helpful tips. We almost felt like at home.

Cons: Only be aware that the apartment is in a traditional building with no elevator, which is very common for the city.

Pros: Közel volt a főbb látnivalókhoz: Colosseum, Trevi-kút, és környéke. Gördülékeny a bejutás. Jó étkezési lehetőségek. A kávé, amit a szállásadó biztosított.

Cons: A konyha szegényes felszereltsége nehéz volt. Ugyan nem főztem, de mosogatószivacs, törlőkendő nem volt. A 4. emeleten van és nagyon zajos utcára néz.

Pros: Apartment is Amazing, Room size perfect, Beds, Pillows, Sheets, Towels were great, Kitchen small but Perfect ! Big Living room, Great WiFi and amazing location ! Best Stay ever had in Rome !

Cons: Small detail to be known, its on a 5th floor and coming up and down with luggage (from my wife and my sister) was not a good experience. Always travel light and simple !

Mükemmel bir apart.

Pros: Konumu çok güzel. Evde yok yok gibiydi. Neye ihtiyacımız varsa hepsi evin içinde vardı. Ev sahibi her konuda yardımcı oldu çok anlayışlıydı. 2 ayrı odası olması çok güzeldi. Mutfağında çay tuz şeker yağ kahve gibi her türlü ihtiyacınız incelikle düşünülmüş. Herkese tavsiye ederiz.

Cons: Binada asansör olmayışı.
