Pros: The room was very clean and it was warm inside. It was silence in the neighborhood, so we slept very well.

Cons: It was about 20 minutes walk from the Central train station, so pretty far from turistic locations. The lift didn't work 2 Times, so we had to walk till the 5th floor by feet. The breakfast was only sweet small cakes and there was no more coffe available in the morning. But It was ok overall.

Pros: The location is amazing, the colosseum is 10 mins away, no transport needed. Its on the 5th floor, so the view is also quite nice. The pillows were great, and the bathroom newly renovated. They also have a small fridge in the room. The kitchen is small but cute, we could make coffee and take a few pastries. They also let us leave our luggage there after checking-out, which was super helpful.

Cons: The welcome from the staff wasnt exactly warm :/ but we could contact them via whatsapp, and everything went smoothly from there. The shower was leaking a bit and the cleaning could improve (spots on the blanket and courtains).

Pros: Our stay at Colosseoinn was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk from the Colosseum and close to public transport, restaurants, and other major attractions. It was the perfect base for exploring Rome. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were well maintained, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. What made the experience truly exceptional was the host. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. He gave us great recommendations and was always available if we needed anything. His hospitality really made us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Colosseoinn to anyone visiting Rome.

Cons: The room was quite small . Still the personnel were nice and we enjoyed our stay.

A great place to stay to visit Rome

Pros: Fabulous location close to trains, the Colleseum, supermarkets, restaurants etc. The gentleman who welcomed us was super friendly. Excellent value for money.

Cons: Not the fault of the property but several people arrived in an adjoining room at 3am and made a HUGE amount of noise. It is a shame other guests aren’t more considerate and at least keep noise to a minimum.

Pros: The host is kind and cheerful. The balcony is small but great. Subway is close. There is a big grocery store 2 minutes from the accommodation.

Pros: It was a nice place with fine kitchen facilities. Owner dropped fresher baked goods in the communal kitchen which was great! Really close to the coliseum
