Pros: Great location, simple and clean en suite room, breakfast of coffee and cornetto in a nearby cafรฉ included. Friendly host. Would definitely come back.
Cons: The room is nowhere near as light as the pictures suggest. Not a major drawback though.

Great location and price
Pros: Location, just perfect, walking distance to Koloseum, and from there to other attractions. Also close to Termini train station and metro / underground. Great breakfast option ( in near caffeteria, loved that ) And very good price for what offered
Cons: I would recommend shower improvement.

Overall OK value for money
Pros: Clean. Close to Rome Termini and if you dont mind walking up to 1 hour it was walking distance to all tourist spots in Rome. Area felt safe and calm. Breakfast location good and close enough.
Cons: Thin walls, woke up from every other guest coming/going. Towels smelled a little of cigarette smoke from the host and the smell was also in the hallway but not in our room. Shower without good temperature regulation.

Calm, clean and very good location
Pros: Our stay was very comfortable, smooth and calm. We entered very smoothly without any problems and elevator worked very well (which is unusual to Rome) The Host was very helpful and careful. Had nice breakfast with cappuccino and croissant in 100 m from apartment. Location is also the best because u are 3 minutes from Colosseum and also close to Termini so u will not stress about hurry up. Near is a local market Conad with all products in good price
Cons: Showering was hard a little bit because of water temperature control, but it was not much problematic

Very nice, perfect for a short break and the colosseum
Pros: Location is great, perfect for the colosseum. Nice room, quite and just enough space for a few days. People are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a bit miss leading, you only get to get a croissant and a coffee from a bar round the corner - i therefore brought in my own cereal. Apart from that, if you want an apartment just round the corner to the colosseum, all you need.

Great location for exploring Rome
Pros: Comfortable bed, good size room with clean facilities. The bnb is located in a traditional Roman apartment block and is a 5/10 minute walk from the Colleseum which is great. Breakfast nice also which you are given vouchers for to collect from a local cafe where the staff are all very nice.
Cons: Our only complaint was that the other guests were quite loud when coming back into the property. also in our room when walking around the wardrobe shook and rattled with every step.

All in all It's great value for money 100% recommend!
Pros: The host Lori was very kind and helpful. The place is clean and comfortable. Simple rooms, very comfy bed. The location is excellent, Colosseum is 15-20 mins walk away.
Cons: The only negative I would say is the elevator. It's small and You have to go up one stairs to reach the elevator which was difficult for us with the stroller. If you're not travelling with a baby then it's okay.

Pros: Location is perfect, only few minutes walk from Colosseum. The room is small, but it is really clean and it is comfortable enough for a short stay. Lori, the host, is super nice and kind, she is available for any question and help. We really enjoyed our stay. Grazie, Lori
Cons: The shower is fixed and that might be a problem if you want a quick shower without washing your hair

Pros: The room, how centralโs the B&B was to everything. The breakfast place was nice, typical Italian breakfast. Loved everything
