Great location staff are friendly perfect for city break

Pros: Great location 10 min walk to termini bus station and lots of great eating places all around. staff are friendly great communication prior to arrival and lovely when we arrived. rooms are clean and have a daily clean per stay. There is tea coffee making facilities with a little fridge shower gel was provided so no need to overpack.

Pros: Great location! The metro is 3 minutes away. The Colosseum is also relatively close (if you like walking 😅). There's a supermarket on the other side of the building.

Great Stay

Pros: The hotel is within walking distance from Rome's Termini Station. The nearby metro station also makes it very convenient. The room had all the basic amenities I needed, so I had no issues despite its simplicity.

Cons: The hairdryer was nearly broken. It should be repaired or replaced.

Great location, safe building BUT be aware they do not accept check in after 22h!!

Pros: Great location, safe reception with it’s appartments. Sofia kind woman able to help.

Cons: The ‘WHATSAPP BOY’, arogant and making me stress till first day of reservation,’like I am coming to president house. I was suppose to come at 19:30, but my flight was DELAYED 3:30 h, and he was like “ if you do not come until 22, you can enter tomorrow’. I had so much stress, but couldn’t HURRY THE PLANE!! Conclusion: We arrived at 23:25 and the kind woman waited us… but no need for all that show before…..

Pros: The room corresponds to the photos, cleanliness is maintained. The problem was the heating, because the air conditioner was old and did not work, it was blowing cold air. The house is close to the terminal and the metro. In our case, the flight was delayed by 10 hours and we lost the cost of 1 night, they did not take into account the current situation. Overall, I am satisfied, thank you for the hospitality.
