Pros: Nice room, clean, well organised, has all the features you need. Marianna was a great host. I'll definitely come back if in Rome. The tube is a small walk away.

Beautiful spot in Rome!

Pros: We loved it! From start to end it was a beautiful journey. Great communication with Marianna (How to get there, how to get to airport smoothly, and things during stay), her Co-Worker is awesome (good advices where to go f.e. shopping). Were also able to leave our luggage after checkout. Big fridge in the common doorway to keep things cool (we always buy a lot of stuff in supermarket). So near to Vatican and City Centy (either walk or nearby metro station / bus). Will definetly go back next time to this place whe heading back to Rome.

Nice place to stay

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean. The area is calm and safe so you can easily rest after all-day sightseeing. Host is a super nice and helpful person :⁠-⁠) I enjoyed my stay and would certainly book it again.

Pros: The room looked exactly as in the pictures. The area was great, close to many local trattorias and restaurants, but not too far from the underground. We felt very safe, as this seemed like a nice neighborhood. We had fresh towels each day we signaled the staff to enter our room. They would always leave the room spotless, so it was always nice to have a nice warm shower in a clean room after a long day in Rome. Our host was very helpful with any questions or requests we had, she was just plain lovely. All in all, we fully recommend Marianna's guest house ❤️

Pros: The hostess was very friendly and hospitable! She also recommended options to visit or for food and drinks - which was really helpful in Rome. The room was very clean and there were also free coffee and beverage options. The location was pretty convenient - close to the metro.

Cons: The room was smaller than expected (for a deluxe double room) and the bed was indeed a double bed but on the smaller side. The decoration was overwhelming (very vivid colors and a lot of decorative things).

Exceptional Hospitality and Ideal Location in Rome

Pros: Our stay in Rome was perfect! The host was so attentive and responsive, giving us great tips for exploring the city. The room was spotless, with thoughtful touches like water, coffee, and even a lovely balcony. The neighborhood felt very safe and is close to train stations, making it easy to reach all the main sights only about 15 minutes from the Vatican. She even let us leave our bags after checkout, which was a huge help. Truly exceptional hospitality highly recommend!

Perfect stay!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Marianna’s place! Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was peaceful and convenient, and the room had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Marianna was an amazing host. Friendly, polite, and always available to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend this place and would definitely choose it again for a future visit!

The best place to stay in Rome

Pros: The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet area. The room is well renovated and equipped with everything you need, such as a kettle and coffee machine. And very, very good internet. The hotel is also close to a bus stop, metro station and a 15-minute walk from the Vatican. There are many different restaurants and shops nearby to suit all tastes. Special thanks to the host, Marianna, who was very kind and helpful and gave us lots of advice on what to see and do.
