Good location but will not be staying there again.

Pros: Very good location depending on what you want to see but very close to The Vatican and a shortish walk to the old centre of Rome. Room and bathroom were clean.

Cons: Too expensive for the quality of the accommodation. The interior decor was shabby and I dislike plastic floors! Almost devoid of any character related to the age of the building itself. This was the first and only place I have stayed at where the 'bar fridge' was completely empty: not even a single bottle of mineral water! The provided tea bags, 2, offered a choice of one - and green tea at that; I was booked in for a week!

Perfect haven

Pros: The location is a perfect haven for exploring Rome! Our rooms were cleaned everyday and our host was a great guy. The beds were very nice after a long day.

Cons: The airco did not work and the TV is pretty old (no streaming).

It was great!

Pros: The perfect location for a city trip! Great neigjbourhood with nice restaurants and shops. Great host and we received a complementary breakfast. They arranged out airport transfer, was very nice. The room was great, big bathroom and very clean with good WIFI. The personel make sure we had a good stay.

Pros: The location really good near to Vatican 10 min walk the employees kind and help us and the room get clean every day, new towels and shower gel

Cons: The AC was not cold and the Shower was little hard sometimes to get warm water , the elevator old , otherwise everything good

Great stay

Pros: The room was very clean and comfy, exactly what we wanted for few days to rest, also with kettle with tea ans instant coffee. The Staff (esp Alessandro) was very very friendly and managed to solve asap a minor thing with the shower head. He reached us on WhatsApp a day before arrival to communicate about the arrival. He also waited patiently for us to arrive. The location is great away from Rome's chaos but also close enough to the centre and next to Vatican. Definitely ll stay there again. Thank you

I recommend it

Pros: I really recommend the place. We used also transfer from the airport thanks to them. The location is perfect. Everything is about 10-20 minutes by walking.

Cons: the pillow was too high for me. but that's my preference. For you it might be fine.

Pros: Nice and spacious room (received upgrade to a larger room). Perfect spot. Nice, clean and attractive area with lot of local restaurants and bars. Breakfast was typical Italian, in a very nice bar with excellent coffee. Staf arranged several things including cab to airport.

Cons: Communication reg. breakfast was somewhat confusing (whether or not included in price - yes). Elevator was very authentic (old) but challenging to operate.
