Great location at reasonable price; clean room; great communication with staff

Pros: Great location, near the Vatican. Staff was kind enough to welcome us, even though we arrived at 22:30 with no extra cost whatsoever. The room was clean and spacious. We communicated via Whatsapp and they also provided us with a PDF with useful info. Would definitely stay there next time!

Cons: The useful info PDF could be a bit better written; it was hard to read. Towels are changed every second day, which was not a problem for us really. Everything was great, really! :)

Wonderful location, staff and rooms with extra amenities that go above the normal B&B standard

Pros: Wonderful little rooms, bright and beautifully decorated in minimalist style with spacious bathroom (great hot water and pressure in shower!). I especially loved the little fridge, tea kettle and little counter near the window (perfect for taking your cafe and/or working before starting the day) and standing closet equipped with drawers, hangers and a safe. Also a wonderful location (a few streets from the Ottaviano metro) in a great neighborhood of Prati and also a wonderful staff who were super responsive and accommodating, making sure my stay was a great one. Thank you Michele and team!

Pros: Location is perfect near Vatican, bus and metros station are really close, 3 minutes walking. Hosts were really kind.

Pros: The host was very helpful and friendly. Gave us a free upgrade the night before we went to rome. He gave us a room in the city centre within walking distance of the main sights.

But the fact that the room had a conditioner is really rare in Rome, so it was a big surprise. Overall, it was great.

Pros: The room is very spacious and the location is perfect

Cons: The conditioner did not work as I thought it would and shower cabin had a little bit of mold

Pros: every thing was good, the staff help us send us what we can visit in Rome and help us with the taxi late in the night, they were responding to every message we ask them in WhatsApp!!

Cons: maybe the location was a little far from the center but the bonus it was near the Vatican City. the room was so small for our stuff but it has everything you need.

Great place for a few days in Rome

Pros: Good location. Quiet, safe area. Walking distance to many attractions. Lots of excellent bars and restaurants nearby. Room was spotless with a very good bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Great communication with staff.

Cons: The price we paid via booking.com
