Pros: We had a really great stay! The apartment is in a good location – close to everything you might need and well connected to the city center by public transport. It’s clean, cozy, and has everything you could possibly need, even if you’re staying for a longer period. The hosts were super kind and very considerate, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Pros: We stayed: two parents and two kids and found the apartment as the best match for the family. It was very clean and equipped with all the necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories. The bed in the bedroom and the sofa in the living room were very comfortable, with a very white linen. Each room has its own air conditioner, which is very important for hot roman summer days. All of the rooms and accessories were very clean. It was very calm, no noise from outside. Despite the proximity to the Termini train station, the area seemed quite safe. There are many cafes with delicious pizza and pasta right outside the apartment. A supermarket is located within a 5-minute walk from the apartment, the nearest metro station is a 8-minutes, the Colosseum is a 25-minutes, the Termini train station is a 12-minutes walk which makes it convenient for reaching the airport.

Pros: Very nice, well - equipped apartment, close to a grocery store, several restaurants and a cafe next to the building, 15 min. walk to the Termini station, 20 mins to Colosseum, 10 mins to Manzoni subway station.

Pros: Todo!! Tiene todo lo que se necesita para una excelente estadía, cuarto y sala amplia. Ascensor apto para su uso, el ingreso es independiente con indicaciones simples a seguir.

Por questão de localização uma boa opção.

Pros: Localização, por estar próximo ao Termini ajudou. Apto estruturado para 4 pessoas.

Cons: Falei com o anfitrião que estava com problema de abrir o email, e gostaria que fosse feito as comunicações pelo whatsapp, porém as respostas passaram a ser demorada pelo whatsapp, ocasionando problemas. Nosso voo era as 20h:00 e solicitei um local para deixar a malas, ai foi dito que teria um local sem custo até pegar o voo até a nossa saída, mas esse endereço não foi fornecido no momento que solicitei, veio um tempo muito muito muito depois, esse foi o problema. Outro item que não gostei, como a faxina esta incluída no preço do aluguel, não gostei de ter que levar o lixo até a rua. Poderia deixar no apto para quando fosse feito a limpeza já levaria tudo.

Pros: per le mie necessità ottima posizione anche per raggiungere stazione termini tantissimi locali in zona, pulito e ordinato con ottimo confort...leggermente qualcosina in più suggerirei di aggiungere per la colazione. Nel complesso buon compromesso prezzo qualità/servizi offerti

Pros: Llegada autónoma, rápida respuesta del anfitrión, instrucciones claras y precisas y una ubicación estupenda cercana a transporte público- Muy buena relación calidad-precio

Cons: Lokalizacja-co prawda blisko Dworca Głównego Termini, natomiast oddalone od turystycznego centrum miasta. W najbliższej okolicy tylko kilka restauracji, dzielnica mało przyjazna,w szczególności do wieczornych spacerów.
