Pros: Absolutely lovely accommodation 10/10. Very friendly, helpful and approachable host, who was also flexible and kind. The location is wonderful, just a tram away from Pantheon (and thats walkable to Trevi fountain). It has several grocery shops nearby, even a supermarket (under 5 min walk) and multiple lovely pizza places as well. Right nearby there is also a daily clothes market with nice prices. We really enjoyed our stay, especially how helpful the host was despite the busy holiday season. Heavily recommend this place of stay, it totally beat our expectations and was extremely comfortable. There is an AC, oven, TV, etc. We had everything we could have needed from towels to umbrellas and kitchen equipment. Laundry also worked nicely. This easily was one of the nicest, cleanest and also most spacious accommodations I have experienced in Italy. Kitchen was as entire separate room, all furnished and new.

Pros: The apartment was excellent. Stefano is a very hospitable and relaxed host. The house was extremely clean and pleasant to stay in.
Cons: Although the location was good, the neighborhood was very quiet, shops, restaurants and public transport stations were close by, we were surprised by the irregular and chaotic public transport during our 5 days in Rome. Some buses are constantly irregular, sometimes they don't show up and taxi prices are terrible so if you have any reservations for sightseeing you have to leave much earlier. Of course, this does not diminish the value of the apartment😃!

Pros: Everything was absolutely top-notch! Great location – around 30 minutes by public transport to all the main attractions. The host was very kind and communication was excellent. The apartment was newly renovated, equipped with everything you could possibly need, and spotlessly clean. We were even welcomed with a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge – such a lovely touch! I absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend this place and sincerely thank the host for a wonderful stay.

Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would definitely recommend it!
Pros: We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, and we really appreciated being able to drop off our luggage before check-in, allowing us to explore the city without carrying our bags. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine and some sweet treats waiting for us.
Cons: One thing to keep in mind: make sure to read the listing carefully, as we had to pay an additional city tax upon arrival.

A solid choice, but with areas that could be enhanced
Pros: Without a doubt, the excellent hospitality from Stefano and the cleanliness of the place stood out.
Cons: Areas for Improvement: Payment of Municipal Taxes: Currently, municipal taxes cannot be paid by card, as the host does not have a payment terminal. Providing this option would make payments more convenient for guests and improve transparency in the transaction process. Soundproofing: The bedroom lacks proper soundproofing, allowing conversations from the noisy neighbors next door to be clearly heard. Improving the insulation would greatly enhance the comfort and privacy of the stay. Nightstand Availability: There is only one nightstand on the left side of the double bed. Adding a second nightstand on the right would provide a more balanced and functional setup, preventing guests from having to place their phones or personal items on the floor. Storage Space: Storage is limited for two guests, as much of the available space is occupied by items belonging to the apartment. Incorporating additional furniture—such as a chest of drawers—would offer more practical storage options. Conclusion: Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall quality of the accommodation and bring it closer to an exceptional standard.

Pros: Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Er hat uns immer Hilfe angeboten und falls wir Fragen haben sollen wir fragen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Genug Klopapier, Shampo etc. Die Klimaanlage war gut, wenn es kälter war konnte man Sie warm stellen, so dass es angenehm ist.
Cons: Zu Fuß sind es in die Stadtmitte etwa 1 Stunde. Mit dem Bus 30min. Also nicht so perfekt, aber für mich war es noch gut.

Pros: Чиста, свіжа квартира ,має приємний запах, стильна, укомплектована всім необхідним навіть більше чим я могла б собі уявити. Квартира мала все, щоб я відчувала себе комфортно.Хазяїн квартири дуже приємний чемний, він лишив сніданок і пляшку вина, це було дуже приємно. Я б повернулася ще. Гарне розташування, поруч транспорт і магазини. Я залишилась задоволеною. Дякую
