Casa Caterina Holiday House - Bright Modern Apartment Near Trastevere

Pros: Emanuele is a wonderful host. The apartment is more beautiful than in the pictures, everything was perfect, close to the bus station, quiet area, nice restaurants nearby, perfectly clean and comfortable. Thanks to Emanuel for everything, I will definitely stay with him again when I come to Rome, and recommend him to my friends.

Beautiful and cozy apartment

Pros: The accommodation is amazing, no joke. It was recently renovated and you can tell they put effort into it. It is fantastic! All the rooms are super nice, it has two balconies/terraces, both bathrooms are fully equipped. Everything was perfect.

Pros: I like the location it is very convenient to go everywhere from here, it is also near to supermarket. The facility that the host provided for us. Particularly everything is new and clean! :D

Pros: The property was super clean, the beds were very comfortable and lots of space for 4 people as well as very close to transports (bus and tram). Highly recommend staying there, the host was amazing and answered any questions I had and very easy to contact via messages ! It was a joy to stay there.

Pros: The apartment looks like as in the pictures. Emanuele the owner is always accessible, he helped for us every time. If you use the public transportation, you can reach the cetre very well. Can't be disappointed.

Pros: Casa Caterina is a beautifully designed home in a residential area. Convenience store and bus station is at a 5 minute walking distance from the apartment. However, the apartment is a good 30 minutes away from the city centre.

Cons: The host didn’t accommodate any requests for a late check-in. Our flight was landing from Athens in the very early hours of 16th October and although we had made payments for our stay on the 15th of Oct, we were asked to pay an additional €50 due to this late check-in. The host doesn’t have a lockbox for the key so even though we could have done a self check in, we couldn’t for this reason and had to hence pay an extra €50. The house didn’t have hand-wash and body wash in the bathroom and when we asked the host for it he said he could come at 5pm to refill. Despite us informing him that we would be back in the apartment by 7pm, he came and opened the apartment which we didn’t like.

Pros: The host Emanuele is amazing and makes your stay very comfortable, his always available for whatever your needs may be. Best host I have dealt with in Rome. Highly recommend Casa Caterina, its like home away from home.
