Great flat in a great location

Pros: Great sized apartment in a really good location. Really lovely host who messaged me once my booking was confirmed to get a time of arrival and also booked us airport transfer which was really handy. They also booked us a table at a local restaurant

Pros: It couldn’t have been better for us. The location is perfect, the apartment is spacious and very quiet. The host is incredibly attentive and played a huge part in making our weekend truly unforgettable. He took amazing care of us ♥️

Pros: Eduardo the host went out of his way to make check in easy and answer any questions I had. He also let us store our luggage longer than the check out time as there were no incoming guests that day. He also helped us book transport to the airport which we appreciated. Good location, close walking distance to shops ,cafes/restaurants. Not far from Termini station. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the colleseum.

Pros: Centrally located with walking distance to most things. The host was very helpful.

Cons: Would be good with some wine glasses and more coffee and tea mugs.

perfect place for an overnight stay at Rome

Pros: great location 10 min walk from Roma Termini; Edoardo was very responsive and made the check in quick and easy

Relaxing base in the centre of Rome

Pros: Very authentic, comfy beds, spacious common area and excellent location. Edoardo arranged for transfers to and from airport which eliminated a lot of stress. The area was central but the apartment was quiet.

Cons: Nothing!

Great place to stay when visiting Rome!

Pros: Excellent location, great access to central Rome within walking distance - well appointed apartment with nice decoration and clean.

Nice property in a great location near the train station.

Pros: Nice property in a good location, all rooms had A/C, beds were decent size and comfortable. Host provided a list of great food recommendations.

Cons: Living room was a little small, felt cramped.

Amazing accommodation in a great location.

Pros: Plenty of space, we needed 3 bedrooms and this was perfect and very secure. Great value and excellent location, you can walk to most places (Coliseum, Trevi Fountain and many more), Great restaurants close by. The best thing about the stay was the host Eduardo, he was so helpful, organised transfers, recommended restaurants and booked them for us, stored our luggage, he was so friendly and welcoming.

Cons: Nothing negative

Fantastic, comfortable , central city stay with a great host

Pros: Great quality property in a very safe & central area of Rome … every amenity that you would expect from an exceptional property & our host Edoardo went above and beyond arranging taxi transfers to & from the airport and suggesting restaurants & places to visit in Rome ..nothing was too much trouble for Edoardo .. If I am ever in Rome again I would definitely stay in this property again ..

Cons: This is not a dislike but a suggestion… as we had nothing we didn’t like … Would be good if there was a facility to order before arrival a small selection of groceries.. ie a bottle wine , tea bags , bread , milk etc .. obviously this would be an extra cost …
