Pros: Bea&B is great value for money choice. We can strongly recomend this facility for its strategic location in touch of ancient and histroric city centre. All in walking distance. Very comfortable even for kids. We apreciate very nice neighborhood. Not so busy, but vital and tranquile with bars and restaurants. The owner is very nice person. Friendly and helpful in all our needs. When travel to Rome again I will try to get the same place!

Good location, good apartment, not convenient check-in

Pros: location, two bathrooms it’s comfortable for 5 people.

Cons: Communication with the owner of the apartment. We needed to be informed exactly when we would arrive to check in. Although it is not possible to know minute by minute. We were traveling from another city by car, then we had to return it. So instead of 17:30, we arrived at 17:50 to the apartment. The whole time we were walking to the apartment, I received messages that he was already late for another check-in. Personally, I didn’t feel comfortable being nervous all day and thinking about how to make the check on time. As a tourist in a foreign country, I cannot clearly know what time I will be able to arrive and check in. For this purpose there is usually either a reception desk or a self check-in. And also the apartment did not have enough towels for 5 people, there were only 2 towels

Pros: First of all, I really appreciate the attitude of the host. He helped us with everything what we needed. The property is in a great location. It is in the historical centre close to the main train and bus station, but at the same time the property is in a quiet street where there is no noise. An ideal combination.

Spacious apartment in the city centre on a quiet side street

Pros: Great location. Very central and close to the main attractions in the city but on a quiet side street. Great and quiet patio to chill out. Nice a big apartment with two separate areas. Great for families or even 2 couples. There were actually 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. Easy to access with a card. With alarm service when you are out.

Cons: A part from a dripping water tap and a loose door handle there is not much negative to say about the apartment. We felt comfortable and safe. Great place to relax and have good quality time with the family after a tough day walking around Rome.

Apartamento cerca de todo

Pros: La ubicación,que tuviera dos habitaciones y dos baños,,todo pillaba cerca y céntrico

Cons: Había escasez de limpieza...y pocos utensilios de cocina y había comida abierta en el armario

Pros: La ubicación y espacio estaba acorde para familias

Cons: Algunas de las instalaciones como la calefacción le falta mantenimiento y en el baño también un poco de mantenimiento
