Pros: Functional, clean and a good location Hand soap, moisturiser, shampoo and conditioner provided Loads of towels Very quiet apartment Lots of good restaurants in easy walking distance Kitchen adequately equipped

Cons: Lots of messages to and fro for check in details. I think the staff on the door leave at 8pm and we were due to arrive between 8 and 9pm. It all worked out in the end and we got in just after 8pm No tea towels or washing up cloth

Pros: The atmosphere in the apartment was good. The location is close to public transport and a 15-minute walk from most attractions.

Cons: Everything was more than wonderful. Maybe it would be nice to have somewhere to leave luggage before and after check-in or to have early check-in or late check-out.

Pros: The apartment was very close to the city center; the Colosseum was only about a 10-minute walk away. The courtyard was very beautiful and modern. I am very satisfied with the staff — even before we arrived in Rome they were already in active contact with us and were very helpful with every question we had. They provided useful information about transportation and other things as well. The room amenities were also very good. Thank you very much! On our next visit, we will most likely choose this place again.

Pros: We have been returning to this place for a number of years. People on site are very helpful. Clean and comfortable..

Cons: Not much, small things like a proper toaster, oven proof containers.

Pros: It is a luxury apartment for 4 people excellent location and neighborhood, market,easy access to food pizzerias lovely neighbourhood Really close to metro station Cavour and Termini as well.Bus stops all around! You can walk to all the famous sightseeings and 5 -10 minutes walk to the Colosseum The room really clean and warm as I asked as we visited the place in December. Double bed and sofa excellent mattress and pillows. kitchen fully equipped clean and the bathroom super clean new modern hot water hairdryer It made my stay really nice and easy . The complex is very beautiful and I highly recommend it !! Last but not least every time I asked a question through messages they replied asap and politely bravo! Check in more than easy! Congratulations!

Pros: The location is fantastic – just around a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum. The apartment is situated in a lovely, quiet courtyard, which makes it feel very cozy and charming. Inside, you’ll find almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s a great place to relax after exploring the city.

Cons: It was a bit damp in the apartment, and because of the humidity, the mirror has started to lose its reflective coating. An electric towel dryer in the bathroom would be a great addition. Paper towels in the kitchen would also be very convenient. It would also be nice to have cups in good condition, without broken handles.

Pros: Amazing location in the heart of Rome. We walked to all the major attractions from the apartment, some brilliant eateries near by aswell. Ciao

Pros: 10/10 everything was perfect I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment! It was sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable. The bed was amazing, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location was ideal, peaceful but within easy reach of everything I needed. The host was kind and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. Truly one of the best stays I've ever had, wish I could have stayed longer. Highly, highly recommend!\
