A perfect stay in central Rome!

Pros: Location, cleanliness and good communication with the host.

Cons: Nothing, everything was exceptional.

Pros: Great location, nice and spacious perfect place for a family with teenagers

Pros: Apartment was great I loved the individual bags with essentials including toothbrush, comb and toiletries. Location was great. Host was quick to respond to any queries. Loved the option of organising a transfer also. And the apartment was ready for us early which was perfect. Also between 7 of us there was one toilet roll in each bathroom which we were concerned about and bought more. But to our surprise there was still more than half left on each after 3 nights haha

Cons: The description said 3 sofa beds but it was one sofa bed that slept 2 and a kind of fold out cot style bed and this was in sections and our friend was very uncomfortable unfortunately. On the day we were leaving we had arranged transfer with the host, we waited 45 mins and it didn't show. This isn't the hosts fault but just thought people should know in case they rely on this. We had to order private taxis as we would have missed our flight.

A great stay in a beautiful apartment. Great support and communication from Monica. Would definitely go back again.

Pros: The location was perfect. Very elegant building with beautiful entrance. Spacious apartment. Charming hidden ‘balcony.’ Beds comfortable. Quiet apartment and air conditioning a saviour.

Cons: Slightly dated with some wear and tear. Kitchen cabinet doors could have done with a good clean. Would have been nice to have had a couple of coffee capsules as there was some tea but no coffee.

Pros: The location is excellent and the apartment is clean with all the facilities you need.

Apartment was in a great location and very secure.

Pros: Monica our host was very friendly and gave great instructions for collecting keys and always got back to us quickly.

Good location for a family trip

Pros: Very good location. We could walk easily to Via del Corso, Piazza Navona or the Vatican. The building is impressive and you really feel the palace vibes. It was perfect for our family stay. We use the kitchen for dinners. There is a Carrefour express nearby which was definitely a plus. Communication with the hosts was done via Whatsapp and she answered all my questions quickly.

Cons: Beds in the rooms were good but the sofa and the extra one person bed in the living room were quite uncomfortable to sleep for 4 nights. Thankfully they were OK for the kids. The bathroom door could use some fixing, makes lots of noise. Wifi was not working well.

Hard to fault, exemplary apartment.

Pros: Location and facilities were brilliant. Highly recommended.

Cons: Building works going on in next door apartment caused a lot of noise during the day.

Pros: Location, clean, huge apartment, lots of space for 4 adults. Easy instructions from the host and quick response time for messages. Great facilities in the apartment with air con in bedrooms, washing machine/dryer combo. Very secure building. Great location, walking distance to all the tourist sights, great restaurants and shopping.

Cons: To be completely honest, this was the best accommodation we had on our trip. No issues, communication from the host was top notch, and the apartment was way better than we thought it would be. Will book again in the future.

Excellent apartment

Pros: This turned out to be an excellent choice for a three day city break with my daughter. Lovely apartment, stylishly furnished with high ceilings and finished to a very high standard. Location is as good as it gets, just 10 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps. Positioned just across the street from the River Tiber and right next to the Ponte Cavour bridge, The Vatican is also within walking distance. There are a number of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood with a Carrefour mini-supermarket close by. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning worked a treat which was particularly welcome as it was 36 degrees outside.

Cons: Nit-picking a bit here but a couple of things that irritated a little. Most of the lights in the apartment put out a nice warm light but the out of reach ceiling lamp in the second bedroom with the two single beds had a bulb which put out a rather harsh, stark, blueish white light. Not great for a bedroom. Secondly, the main bathroom door could use some oil on the hinges as it squeaks loudly enough to wake the dead at night!
